This place is very cool, so it is a shame their pottery zone is so disorganized. The gift shop was great and the staff there was friendly and helpful. The cafe was good as well, with fast, friendly service and good prices. The pottery glazing (not making) was fun once we were set up, but the staff was very unfriendly and condescending. It was expensive, too, but the big down fall was when I tried to get my pottery back. I called and called to see whether our pottery was ready since I didn’t want to drive 30 minutes to maybe get my pottery, but no one answered. I came the day they told me it would be ready, only to find all of the workers were at school. I came back the next day to a girl who was helpful, but couldn’t find our pottery (which isn’t her fault). The non-pottery staff weren’t helpful when I asked about how to get my pottery back, which would not have been a problem had I had someone to ask. I brought this situation to light with a few workers there, but not one even said, “Sorry,” or tried to fix it. A lot of time and money wasted. It is a cool place, just please fix your pottery section.

We absolutely enjoyed our visit to The Potter's Shed. We searched for Fairy doors, looked through the gallery, and decorated our own pottery pieces! We were even able to expedite the firing process for a couple of bucks so we could pick them up before our vacation was over. We'll definitely be back to...The Potter's Shed!!!

Such a cool place. Peaceful and creative vibe. I would hang here weekly if we lived closer.

Great place for your creative side. Good for adults and kids alike. The cafe has great sandwiches and ice cream to enjoy.

The atmosphere and ombiance of this place is unbelievable!!! It's like a old shack. Every Friday evening they have a band come in.

This eclectic business let's you decorate your own pottery that is super fun for everyone! My children love the fairy door scavenger hunt as well as their amazing pizza. The Macones know how to host a summer music series also. This has to be our favorite local venue for music! If you enjoy bluegrass, folk & rock & roll, you need to make the trip to see it for yourself.

Wonderful to say the least. What a gorgeous place with such intricate little designs & things! The food is amazing. Very real & fresh! Our sandwiches had a nice portion of meat & chips that came with. The decor & atmosphere are very welcoming. The booths are so cozy & private. The Italian sodas are great. I can't say enough good about the place. A must stop if you're in the area. We plan on coming back soon. Possibly later today for some afternoon coffee.
Oh, and that was just the cafe lunch experience. Once we walked around & saw all the things this place has to offer it just got better. You can paint your own pottery, buy fairy garden supplies, see live music, walk the beautiful gardens, relax on the couches up front, use the wifi, shop handmade pottery. This place is full of things! My new favorite spot whenever we come up this way.

Site is not up to date. Drove 40 minutes to take granddaughter to pottery class on a Wednesday only to find out can only do sessions on Saturdays due to lack of help to do during week. Gas prices are expensive so want to make long trips worthwhile.

This place is so cool! I saw Pert' Near Sandstone here with my family and it was so fun. They have a little outdoor pavilion with neat antique signage all around, as well as a coffee shop that makes a pretty good mocha. The show was cash only but they have an ATM in the front.
