Clean Slate Coffee House

I was a bit harsh in my 1rst review but I got the owners attention to air my grievence. I was a little upset when I wrote it. So I will say that the customer service was excellent. The coffee was good. But I will stand by that there is a lot of room for improvement. To make it in today's business. You have to serve at least donuts or a pastry. I would be happy with a little pastry that you have frozen and throw in the microwave. You have to catch the crowd coming and going to work between 2pm and 4pm. I would love to see Clean State succeed. I would love to continue to stop.

As an out of towner, I always try to find a cool new coffee shop when i'm traveling. I was so glad I decided to come here. The vibe is peaceful, productive, and a mix of people working/ hanging out. The seasonal menu was cool and the people were super friendly!

I went to this coffee shop for the first time this morning, and I loved it! My friend and I have been stopping at local coffee shops every week in the Wausau area and I would say Clean Slate is near the top of my list so far. I’m also a big fan of the atmosphere! I will definitely be back in the future 😊

This was my first time visiting Clean Slate Coffee House. The atmosphere is unique, warm, and inviting. My friend goes there all the time and said her food is excellent. I had the Bango slushie. It was well-made and very tasty. It's a combination of banana and mango. It is to die for!! What a great experience in a place with such a warm ambience!! I will definitely be going back.

Baked goods were amazing, coffee was ok but the atmosphere was so fun and welcoming.

Surprisingly better than expected! I have only been there once and had a nitro cold brew. Coffee was delicious, although they could have used more brew, less ice. 🤣
