Staff that waited on us was perfectly friendly and helpful. One of us was new to the coffee shop and asked for recommendations. The Barista taking our order was knowledgeable and quickly able to provide suggestions. Our drinks (almond joy mocha with oat milk & pink drink with oat milk sub cherry for raspberry) were very good. The muffin we had (banana chocolate chip) was not to our liking. Other staff was also friendly and delightful. Overall I would return here when in town again. 2 LG specialty coffees and a muffin was about $20.

I've been disappointed a few times, to the point where I had stopped going there. Today, I decided to try it again. It was a rough morning and I needed coffee without driving 30 minutes to my normal shop. I asked for a caramel macchiato. The owner had no idea what that is, and when I explained how to make it (super simple), she refused. I'm not entirely sure how a coffee shop owner doesn't know what a macchiato is, so that was irritating in itself.
Previously, I was there for lunch and ordered a menu sandwich but asked to have peppers excluded. She went crazy asking why and saying that modifications leave inventory imbalances. Almost wouldn't modify the sandwich.

I was really excited for this place when it opened. I'm just not a fan of how I'm treated when I'm there. I won't be back. Worth it to drive 20-30 minutes to T's Cup and Cream (Randolph) or Julie's Java House (Columbus).

Absolutely fantastic visit!! Probably the best coffee shop I've been to yet. Friendly staff, very kind, and a beautiful interior. And their white mocha latte is to die for!!! Will definitely go back!!!

I drink a lot of coffee. I got the Nicaraguan roast and it was the best cup of coffee of my life. Just black. Literal perfection. Seriously, time stopped. My wife got a lavender latte, and a nice almond fritter? It was flaky and delicious, and I had also the chorizo egg bake, which was nice. The ambiance is very, very nice here.

Oh my, this is my favorite coffeehouse in Pardeeville, Wi.
It is my happy place to relax and enjoy the yummy food coffee and much more.
The owner is so pleasant and friendly. Her staff are also very accommodating and friendly. She has a lot of gifts and fair trade products to purchase. It is the place to be!!!👍🤗

The Crooked Branch is a fantastic little gem in the heart of downtown Pardeeville. It's warm and cozy inside with awesome drinks. The Chai latte is a favorite, as are the mango and strawberry smoothies. Make sure you save some time to read some of the funny cards for sale and browse through locally made jewelry. The porch is a most relaxed spot to sit and sip.
