Hillside Coffee House

Brought home a gluten free mint chocolate cupcake and a cayenne chocolate cookie. Hillside's owner and staff are friendly, and the GF bakery items are always delicious!

Great atmosphere. The staff is always welcoming and provide great service. I love that there are usually at least two gluten free pastry options. They serve an anodyne house blend that hits the spot every time.

Love this place! Amazing bakery and the best pecan rolls I've ever had. I've ordered Italian bread for pick up that is delicious and recently got a cake for my son's birthday that was so beautiful. 10/10 would recommend!

We don't get to visit often. But if we're not in a rush after flying into Milwaukee we take the "scenic" route to Illinois and always stop here for their great coffee and friendly service. Such a cute old school house!

After driving by this place time and time again, I'm so happy we finally stopped. This little historical school house coffee shop is a hidden gem for Oak creek. The atmosphere is welcoming from the seating, right down to the customer service. The house has two levels of seating. The lower level is very quite and a PERFECT little area for enjoying a cup of coffee and studying! Coffee was brewed to perfection and very reasonably priced. Not to mention we LOVE coffee ice cubes! We will most definably be back! Totally worth the drive from Racine!

Hidden gem! Delish bakery and coffee! 😋 Great seating areas, inside and out. Games and books available to use. Tons of history in the building. A must try coffee shop!

I love this place! Everyone is super friendly and both the baked goods and drinks are delicious! I've tried something new every time I have gone and I've yet to not like something. Also it is a very cute and cozy place to relax with your coffee :)

Good coffee and the best made fresh fruit dessert

My latte was delicious and my daughter loved her smoothie and cookie! Can’t wait to come back and try some more of the beautiful desserts they have on display. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Very cute and such a gem of a coffee place!

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy going for coffee at Hillside. The owner and staff are absolutely fantastic! Always accommodating and friendly. The coffee is unlike any I have ever tasted. It’s light, is packed with flavor and simply the best coffee. If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere, and love to be surrounded by quaint antiques, you will love Hillside!
