Cafe Nutrition

Cafe nutrition is a great place to stop and get a tasty, healthy sandwich, or wrap. The smoothies are a great meal also. I had the Thai peanut butter chicken bowl and can't wait to go back and have it again. The prices are fair for the quality food you get.

So I love the smoothies here...why the two star review? Service is always slow and they are perpetually understaffed. Staff is generally indifferent to customers and doesn't seem to want to work fast enough to keep people moving through. I don't mind the pricing and the food seems to be quality...but the 15 minutes for a smoothie is just too much (I was the ONLY person in there). We also had a gift card to use, went to use it and they had changed systems. Great, how can we get the money off of the unexpired card (potentially something to consider prior to a system change?)? Staff working didn't have a clue. Left our name and number...no return call after five days. Called and was told they had a solution. Wonderful...but only two people know how to do it...they work until 2PM. I also work and the hours for the Cafe go until 8. So, I have to figure out how to get the money off of my gift card at a time that in convenient for the two people that know how to do it. Seems a bit off on the customer service...

Amazing food and smoothies. I have not had the coffee yet as I stay away from caffeine now, however I heard it is very good also. My two favorite sandwiches are the buffalo chicken and holy smokes. Staff is very accommodating and will make any order customer to you and your dietary needs.

Best southwest style chicken pablano pepper soup. Made from scratch! Husband enjoyed Thai chicken bowl...also from scratch and not an overpowering peanut butter taste. So good! Friendly local owner and staff. Will be coming back to explore more on the menu. Happy and full 😊. Highly recommend.

Great food, service keeps declining though. Last few times I've been it's taken about 15 min to get my food. Today it took 25 and I only ordered a sandwich and a smoothie. Could also hear staff talking about how annoyed they were with customers while they were in the kitchen, was really unprofessional.

The foods and smoothies here are wonderful!! Lots of choices and the inside of the cafe is adorable. They also have a drive through which is very convenient. The one downfall I experienced was that they serve their smoothies in styrofoam cups and plastic straws. If this business was able to switch to compost able materials or even plastic cups that could be recycled this would be a 5 star review

This was a nice little place that would be good for a casual lunch. The atmosphere is very open. The coffee is average. I had the pulled pork wrap though, and that was incredible. It was much better than expected. (Update: The service though does seem to get a bit slower every time I come. The food is still incredible, but I feel they may get understaffed.)

Good food, don’t go here if your in a hurry.

First time here and staff was not only friendly but we also got our food quick. The smoothie plus my food was well worth it and will be coming in more often since I work near by! Thanks! 🥰

As much as I enjoyed Cafe Nutrition I am no longer able to patronize this business due to unprofessional behaviors from the owner himself. I honked because I was waiting at the window for 8 mins or so to place my order and the owner came to help. He decides he didn't like my honking, complained about a 15 person telephone order and purposely added 3 helpings
Of greens to my warp and placed all my protein on one side of the wrap. So I decided to check my smoothie and sure enough there was a chunk of rotten banana as big as my thumb. I called and the young man stated the owner made my food and claim it was a mistake but I literallly eat here multiple times a week so I know it was done on purpose b/c I honked. I pray that's the only thing the owner did to my food so to be safe I'll just have to make them at home from now on. The service is declining terribly
