Very good food with healthy options throughout. The Cubano sandwich is the number 1 item to grab🔥🔥🔥. They also have a peanut butter banana protein shake that is out of this world.

I have some tight dietary restrictions and they always work with me. For example, the thai peanut chicken protein bowl is great over greens instead of rice. Only crummy thing is it's kind of expensive and takes a little bit of time so if you can, I'd suggest ordering ahead. But hey, you know it's made fresh to order!

Great smoothie choices. Their muffins are delicious too. Nice variety of breakfast and lunch on the go. Friendly staff.

Our food was absolutely delicious! Perfect temperature. I would recommend for anyone with special diets, GF, vegan, vegetarian. Good selection of food.

In the area to visit a customer not far from this place. I stopped in and advised I had never been there and asked for recommendations. The amazing woman behind the counter had numerous suggestions and I went with her and chose the Italiano. She did not disappoint....amazing sandwich. I will be back again if I am passing through the area. Check this place out for sure.

Great food, staff is friendly, it’s a frequent stop for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend!!

Always good. Sometimes it can take a bit to get food, but when it's fresh and made to order, I'll deal with the wait. Haven't verified how healthy it is, though.
