First time trying Kickapoo and we were not disappointed!! Kickapoo knows how to serve and brew coffee, light years above any average chain. Black coffee down right! And if you want to branch out, their Espresso and Tonic is out of this world!!! Definitely a stop when we are in town! Also lots of gluten free yummy bakery options!

So we're going to be in the area for a couple of days and of course the first thing our coffee addictive selves do is look for a coffee shop lol.
After looking through many different one's I finally found Kickapoo. It's a nice chill little spot, when we walk in there were a couple people working on their laptops. There is plenty of seating inside as well as outside.
My sister ordered a Macchiato and we both shared a new york style coffee cake. Coffee cake was delicious! So soft and not too sweet so it was perfect. I got the Vanilla Bean Latte, wow you can definitely taste the vanilla and the espresso really good combination.
We will be making a last minute stop here before we head out to the airport and head back home that's for sure lol.

I love coffee shops where owner is present and pulling shots - truly legit 3rd wave coffee - perfectly pulled shot, intricate latte art, well roasted single origin pour-overs - very bright, clean and hip atmosphere

My husband was gifted a couple bags of Kickapoo beans a few years back and we have loved the coffee ever since. We are so happy they have a shop in the 3rd Ward and it is staple stop in our weekend. The cafe has a great atmosphere, calm and minimalist yet modern.

Tried the ginger time tic tea, a cortado, and a hot chocolate with the New York-style coffee cake. Delicious snack, espresso drink and tea were perfectly smooth and balanced, but the hot chocolate was near tasteless. Friendly service, calm and naturally lit atmosphere, spacious seating. Overall enjoyable experience.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, very modern, wonderful and friendly staff. The coffee was delicious as was the tea and I never wanted to leave there. The music is great and the furniture and decor make you feel like you're in a crate & barrel catalogue. Loved it.

I was riding my bike with my daughter around Milwaukee on Easter Sunday when we stop to have a cup of coffee. My daughter had been here before but I never have. Friendly staff great service an excellent coffee I suggest you check it an out for a great cup of coffee Serve by great staff with outside seats available acquaint little coffee shop tucked away and Milwaukee keep up the good work
