Scooter's Coffee

I love Scooters! Originally had started to go to them while visiting out west and fell in love with their coffee. So, needless to say when I found out they were bringing the VERY first one in Wisconsin to Middleton my home town. I was beyond grateful! The owner is very personable, I love that they locally own their locations. They make small friendly conversations if your order isn't ready immediately when you arrive to the drive thru window. They are very patient, and honestly I believe there coffee drinks are phenomenal because you can actually taste the coffee in their flavored coffee drinks unlike other coffee shops.

Their breakfast burritos and cookies are really good too. Customer service was excellent. First time today. ❤😊

Update: 2nd time today (Thanksgiving morning) and my tummy got really upset after eating there.... not sure what happened. Tried a cinnamon roll and it was dry and the cream cheese frosting tasted like sour milk... only had a tiny bite....

Scooter's coffee is amazing. I recommend highly for any coffee lover. I haven't had the chance to try their teas yet. However, their Caramelicious is one of their BEST drinks. It has the perfect amount of sweetness without over powering it. If you are going to get a large, however, you should add another shot of espresso to help alleviate any dilution you'll get from the lack of espresso taste. I also really enjoy their cold brew and hot coffees. They are very flavorful without extreme bitterness/burnt taste. They also have very yummy burritos and sandwiches. Please give them a try!

Really wonderful little coffee shop! I got a hazelnut latte with almond milk and a bacon, egg and Gouda breakfast sandwich on ciabatta bread. The espresso drink was smooth and well flavored, and the sandwich was excellent - the Gouda had an especially strong, delicious flavor. The drive thru was very fast and the staff all friendly. If I lived locally, this would become a routing stop for me!!

Ordered an iced dirty chai latte. It was so sweet that I couldn't even taste the coffee and chai flavor tasted artifical. I also ordered a blueberry muffin. I was asked if I wanted it warmed up and said no thank you. I assumed it would just be room temperature, however not only was it ice cold straight out of the fridge, it tasted stale and was smashed on one side. I didn't eat it. Very disappointed with the quality, but gave 3 stars because the woman at the window was very kind and friendly. She also told me about their rewards program and talked about a couple of other variations she liked of the dirty chai. She did a great job.

Best coffee shop in Madison! Fast friendly batistas, delicious coffee and food. The bacon ciabatta is my favorite sandwich! Also the price point is ridiculously good. I drive 30 minutes to get my coffee from here when there is a coffee shop less than a mile away and I pass 2 starbucks on my way. Scooters is hands down the best place for coffee :)

i decided to try on the last day of the grand opening. I got one drink, a large carmelicious with an added espresso shot (I heard they only do one instead of two, not sure though) the service was really good, and I got a $5 gift card which I expected because of the promotion, but I also receive half off a drink. Which was cool! So the price came out to $6 something and I went in today and used the 1/2 off coupon and got the same order for $3.11. The service again was very nice, this time I went in the morning to the drive thru. The carmelicious is very sweet even with an added shot, BUT, not like the other places when I’ve gotten a drink that was too sweet, and it’s disappointing because It tastes Like you are drinking creamer or something. It was actually pretty good! No regrets..... hence why I was safe the second time and ordered the same thing... maybe I will have the guts to try something new next time. I still have the gift card and got 1/2 off coupons in the mail. Sweet.
Oh and I must add..... I am liking seeing all the coupons and deals they are handing out..sure they did it for the grand opening but I also got some in the mail... I have NEVER seen Starbucks give out a coupon or a deal unless you have one of their little cards that you have to load money onto..and I am broke and these drinks are like a special treat for me... Makes me mad, they can definitely afford it. So you got a new customer here !

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Ordered a hazelnut latte and it was delicious! The lady/owner was so patient and accommodating. Went above and beyond to make our first time here an awesome one! Will be back for sure!:)

Friendly staff, but the coffee is subpar and pricey.
