Colectivo Coffee - Mequon

Consistently good in their food (best around I think- try their bowls, breakfasts and sandwiches) and coffee/tea drinks. Consistent and friendly staff which is a bonus. Great seating outside even this winter when the fire is roaring and sun is shining.

Coffee and drinks are good. The chili though. Please do not get the “Chili” it’s an abomination. It was so bad. Probably the grossest thing I’ve ever eaten. It was prepackaged (because of covid?) but it was so bad. It was basically just chunky meat and beans compacted into a paper Tupperware. No flavor at all. Colectivo, I usually love you! Before covid their soups were amazing. But now, it is no bueno.

I just had a RUDE employee roll their eyes at me. I asked if they had water, and he rudely said that they had water in the back. Then, when he thought I couldn’t see him, HE ROLLED HIS EYES TO HIS COWORKER! People like this should find a new job! I used to live this place. Fiddleheads it is.

Love this shop, sometimes it's a bit too noisy for conversation, but good ambiance. Downside, their espresso is too bright yet tastes a little burnt. I've ordered espresso three times there and it's never been very good. Regular coffees are fine.

This is a good location, with friendly staff and good coffee. I had time to kill before a meeting close by and stopped in for a cup of coffee. Everyone was very nice and the coffee was hot and good.
I liked the atmosphere and was happy to spend a good 30 minutes here checking email and reading local news.

Best food of any coffee shop around. Fresh bakery with a huge selection, good mix of hot selections as well. The salsa that comes with the burritos is amazing. Staff is friendly and fast, setting is bright and great for work or relaxing!

Love your coffees but you need to serve more than one type. Two days in a row...same coffee. Pour over and let people sample your varieties.... they'll buy your bags too.

It can get really busy in there. Their food and coffee is way over priced. They couldn't take things out of my wrap because it is all premade. I only enjoyed the homey environment. Parking can get hard sometimes too. I'd rather go somewhere else to have more variety of coffee options with better prices and friendlier service.
