Colectivo Coffee - Mequon

Great cafe with phenomenal coffee on tap. Lots of space to sit indoors and they have an outdoor gas fireplace. I've been coming here for years and love it each time I come.

I haven’t been here in a while but would like to go again soon. The barista when I last went was very nice. The drinks and bakery items were good. I am not exactly sure what is in this photo but I believe it was a zucchini bread slice. Hope to be back soon. I recommend this coffee shop.

After tasting great coffee in Milwaukee and the bar set so high by another coffee place I was hoping to get lucky but it didn’t go that way. Coffee is ok but nothing amazing as I was expecting also found it to be over priced. Friendly baristas and good customer service.

Over priced coffee. Crumbs on dirty tables and all over floor. Garbages full and staff oblivious. Friendly when took order but wait time was long with 3 staff members working. They did seem to enjoy their conversation with eachother rather than make coffee. Would not go back again.

Bathrooms were filthy at 10am , garbage overflowing , like what seemed to be enough for 2 days?... We couldn't find a clean table to sit down at. Nobody had gone around and wiped off any of the tables. Only a third of the tables had people sitting at them.

1/18/22 Update: Had burrito breakfast wrap, turkey chili, cranberry muffin was awesome and the chi latte with carmel was delicious. The service is always wonderful. Great location in Mequon

Love this place. The Ginger mango smoothie is fabulous.

Location was really clean and workers were nice. But coffee was meh (almond milk mocha) tasted burnt. Ordered two muffins, a blueberry, a chocolate chip pumpkin, both were dry, so we're either previously frozen or day old. No plates for the muffins, no knives on the self service bar to cut them in half. Overall is was overpriced at $16.80 and disappointing.

The americano was good the service is worth mentioning. It seemed that social interaction between the employees was more important than keeping the customers served in a timely manner. The barista actually took time to have several chats with other employees behind the counter while I waited for my order. I thought about that tip I added to my order at the time of sale ahead of the service, not earned in my book....

They close earlier than their posted hours somedays. Really wish they could at least change their Google hours or website hours so people can plan accordingly.
