If you're hungry, this is the place to go! HUGE portions of delicious food. Located in a well preserved downtown Manitowoc building which still maintains much of it's original character. The service was great and the pricing across the entire menu was surprisingly low, especially considering the portion sizes. They are a small operation, so it takes a few minutes longer to get served, but it's worth the wait! We'll be back!!

This was amazing, it's cash only as a friendly reminder. But the price you pay for the food you get is hands down amazing. Yes if it's busy you will have a wait but it's well worth it, so if you are to the hangry point you better have a snack packed or enjoy some water or coffee to calm you down. Everything is made fresh to order and comes out hot and ready to blow your mind away. So skip the chain restaurant and support local and get out and try this place.

The FOOD IS INCREDIBLE.. However the STAFF is NOT! Never smiling ,and all around poor attitude. We were told one of our favorite menu items wasnt even on the menu even though we've had it like 5 times before! Me and my fiance love susie Kay's food but will not be back until there is positive staff satisfying customers!

I love mushroom and Swiss but most places don't put the mushrooms in gravy anymore. Not only is it a big burger, the mushrooms were in gravy!! It is probably my new favorite place for a burger!! Big portions but amazing tasting!

Went for breakfast and the food was great. Everything is very affordable so we will definitely be back. Only reason it is not 5 stars is that it does take quite a bit to get your food and my little one got a bit antsy. Otherwise I'll make sure to bring her coloring next time.
