Breakfast was disgusting. The potato pancakes would have been good if they hadn’t piled a big slab of MARGARINE on them. Margarine also ruined the English muffins and slimy fried potatoes. Ruled this place out for future meals.

Our party of 4 was the second in the door, we were there waiting for them to open. Got our drinks (3 coffee and 1 orange juice) ordered our food and waited an hour and 15 minutes without being served food. The waitress poured 2 more rounds of coffee, but other than that, completely ignored us. Tables were being served, they finished, left, another table was sat, served and were eating. That happened to two different tables while we waited. We finally had enough, I dropped $5 on the table and we left. I contacted them via messenger on Facebook only to get the excuse that they "cook to order" and there's a sign saying that. I did reply that is why we were patient and willing to wait, but am got and 15 minutes without even telling us anything about our order is ridiculous. I'll never go back, the other place was much nicer atmosphere, quicker, with friendlier service

EDIT TO ADD; I see the owner has answered me, but not apologized, just made excuses. Nothing wrong was said to any waitress of any age. Just that we waited FAR TOO LONG! We didn't want fast food, we wanted home cooked, good food. An hour and 15 minutes is far too long for any restaurant. We were there waiting for you to open, and left at 9:15, that is exactly ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES. You can lie and try to make me look bad all you want, the truth is the truth. You not owning it is a huge problem. Fortunately I won't have to deal with this establishment again

Susie Kay's is an interesting delicious experience every time. Got the PB&J bacon burger. This is not my new favorite but it was amazing and weird in a good way. I'm so glad I tried it. Service was friendly and quick. Fries were super fresh crispy awesomeness. Twinkie explosion desert was the bomb.

Amazing food typically get the defibrillator burger but went a little earlier for some grade A dirty hash! Highly recommended!

No flavor , poor service . Left before we got our food , wasn't gonna waste another penny on the place. Surprised the place is still open to be honest.

Such a cute old fashioned cafe and a very nice waitress and cook! This place is adorable and the food is very good. My husband had a BLT and it was wonderful with lots of bacon. I had a cheeseburger and it was huge and tasted yummy. This is a home run for me!

Our waitress from dinner the night before recommended this place to us. Food was good, coffee a little weak. Service could have been a little better, server didn’t check with us after we got food, had to flag her down to get egg order corrected. Eggs ordered over easy got them over done, got new eggs without any question.

Amazing food and excellent prices. Owner and employees have great personalities.

Lots of room for improvement on the quality of the food, and the service. Walked away disappointed with the experience, but will try again to see if the results are different.

Our first time at the Cafe. I had the Taco burger, my husband had the Mushroom and Swiss burger. Both were awesome! We both had the beer fries--best fries either one of us have ever eaten! Service was fantastic. We will definitely go back to this quanit cafe.
