Steep n Brew - West

There is good pricing on a variety of tea, coffee, and ice cream, with a very kind, somewhat enthusiastic owner. They also sell bulk tea and accessories. If you like coffee and ice cream, try a caffeinated cow.

Began sit in dining on 5/12/20 in violation of public health orders, which did not allow dining until 5/26. Was not offering any curbside pickup throughout Covid lockdown. Owner was not wearing a mask and was repeatedly standing right next to employee in violation of public health orders.

Phenomenal! The orange cappuccino is so delicious and unique. We also got the chunky monkey smoothie and highly recommend! Great little spot near the Radisson

Excellent coffee & great ice cream next door!

S&B...some of the best coffee in Madison and friendly staff without that haughty attitude so often found at other coffee shops. It's not the only place I go, but always the place I wish I would have gone instead.

The owner and baristas are incredibly patient, kind and helpful to my friend who has dementia. They make her day and I am always so grateful.

I can't believe I've missed this gem. I've lived on the west side for 4 years, been to the movie theater, pegasus games, the arcade, etc over here and have failed to see this.

The drink offerings here are staggering. Italian sodas, French sodas, and now affogato! I highly recommend you give this one a try!

I have been coming to Steep and Brew West for over 10 years. I love the coffee, the employees and the fact that there are 3 daily newspapers to read. My day is always better when I start it at Steep and Brew!

Nice enough until the barista started discussing politics with her friend, loudly. Not a place I will be going again.
