Forward Craft & Coffee

The loveliest little coffee shop on Atwood. I love their rotating tap menu of cold coffees, and that every drink I’ve ordered so far has been beyond my expectations. The friendliest staff, too!

This is just like the Barriques it replaced, but with craft beer instead of wine, and no real food. Great atmosphere and location. Good beer selection. Standard coffee fare.

They always have new and exciting flavors, you can never go wrong with a flight! My favorite spot for a drink - non-alcoholic and alcoholic. Best matcha latte in town!

20 beers and 4 cold brews on tap all day, great variety for any taste. A welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Really good coffee prepped by conscientious and not pretentious baristas. Great redesign of the former Barrique's space at Atwood and Dunning.

Great espresso and wonderful space to enjoy. A fireplace in the lounge will be cozy in the cooler months. In summer, the lounge doors open wide to the street.

Overall I love this place … Environment is great for relaxing / working day or night, and they have great beers on tap and interesting drip coffee. Had a great barrel age coffee I enjoyed.

Knocking a star off, however, for a mediocre cappuccino served in a normal coffee mug. Flavor, most importantly was not good, but general presentation is not up to snuff for a place that focuses on coffee. I know this is something that can be improved, and I wouldn’t let this stop you from checking out this great place.

Forward Craft & Coffee is absolutely adorable inside, with great drinks to boot. We loved the multiple different seating spaces to choose from! Both staff members we interacted with were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

Had one of the best donuts of my life here! Coffee was very good too. Will be coming back.
