A Just Brew

My favorite coffee shop in Madison! The coffee is fantastic and brewed by the cup any number of ways by people who LOVE coffee! The best part about a Just Brew is the fact that it is completely donation funded and all money goes to buying more coffee to keep the shop running and the rest goes to the international justice mission to free slaves around the world! What an awesome organization

I've been to most of the coffee shops in Madison, and A Just Brew is easily the best. Most coffee shops brew large batches of coffee with dark roasted beans to compensate for low quality beans. A Just Brew makes all their coffee to order and uses wonderful, freshly ground beans. Coffee beans are actually a fruit, and A Just Brew is the first place where I could actually taste some of the fruity notes in coffee without the bitterness that is typically associated with coffee.

Also, this place donates all of its profits to organizations that work to end human trafficking. So you can not only enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee but also help people :)

Now serving Sweet Bloom Coffee. Staff is friendly and welcoming and there are Crepes on Fridays.

Great mission, great coffee, and wonderful preparation. All volunteer driven and everyone is trained well.
