Lucy's Family Restaurant

Food was fair, not exceptional. We were there on a Sunday morning and they were not crowded until we were almost finished with our meal. My biggest complaint was the very inattentive young waitresses who ignored tables that were not assigned to them when serving coffee. Coffee service at breakfast is the highest priority in my opinion. When waitresses walk by you with coffee in hand and fail to serve you when your cup is empty at the edge of the table they are simply not doing their job. My wife and I agreed that we would not go out of our way to return.

Best breakfast on God's green earth! My wife and I were traveling through Lodi during the last week of October 2015 and found this place. We both had the Meat Lovers' Breakfast: two homemade sausages, big slices of thick bacon, and a slab of ham along with a pile of fresh made hash browns, a plate-sized pancake and your choice of two eggs! Coffee kept coming, ice water in a carafe, and the eggs were superb (over easy). We liked it so much we went back for Friday Fish Fry. It was spectacular! The place was packed. Service is excellent. Worth getting off interstate 94 outside of Madison to get real food. We are definitely coming back next time we are traveling through.

Good Food. Small Town feel and food. Place was really clean. Had a omelet and american fries. I would order it again. As a side note, a relative of the owner works there, i forgot her name, 6'01" blonde and with a excellent accent she was hard working and seemed in control of everything plus she is gorgeous. Definetly makes the atmosphere.

This place is an awesome little mom and pop diner. Breakfast menu is great and the staff is extremely friendly. Will most definitely visit again when I'm in town.

Awesome food, friendly staff but needs to work on their waiting area! It made me very hesitant to come back with how compact it is.

Food is great, this was our 2nd visit here and we will definitely be back. Restaurant is clean and the servers are prompt and polite. Nice little family diner!

Great food. Felt rushed out the door. Asked if we needed boxes or if they could remove our plates while we were still eating.

Food is usually great and people are typically nice, however not tonight!! Woman who took to-go order was very, very, very rude!!! I never write these, but never deal with people this rude! Also, bone in beer-battered fish? Almost chocked. Disappointing to say the least!!!!

Food was great, the service from the staff is fantastic. Our waitress was very patient and took care of everything.
Had the Meatlovers breakfast and potato pancakes. Recremend both.
Will definitely go back when in town again.

Fast service, affordable food and semi friendly waitress. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. That being said, the place really needs a top to bottom scrub down. Maybe it's the open concept but grease seems to be everywhere.
