Nice decor but their music selection is terrible. Played way too loud and not conducive to conversation or reading. How about instrumental or light jazz with no vocals to compete with when your trying to talk to someone? Is the music played for the customers or staff? What could be a very calming environment is just plain noisy.

I had the 1848 hoagie and it was delicious! Service was fast and friendly. I will definitely come here again next time I'm in the area. They had a wide selection of sandwiches, salads and soups. Was impressed by the many amazing coffee and tea offerings. I had the hibiscus tea and it was wonderful.

Really neat place, great selection

Coffee is far from best, and sandwiches are only to fill your stomach, not to enjoy. When asked to warm up a sandwich, the kitchen worker looked at me like I was asking him something out of the ordinary and was far from being friendly. What happened to the times when the customer was always right? I don’t think I’ll ever come back here again.

What a pleasant atmosphere. I think that the set up they have for ordering is a sign of where the food industry is changing to. Food was outstanding. The Santa Fe soup is delicious.

Great experience. Jackson Fire and rescue insisted on buying my breakfast. They also helped a customer carry a large order to her car. Over all a great place and a fine city.

You can't go wrong with anything you order here. Their coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, and pastries are all so delicious. Even better, it's a boutique coffeehouse with a convenient drive-thru, unlike the others in the area. A little bit more on the pricy side, but it is totally worth it! My personal favorite is the iced caramel macchiato & the lobster salad hoagie!

Always outstanding quality of food w great service!

I has been going to this place for a while I wont come back after today experience. I order an iced latte and clearly did say that when I ordered but I ended up getting a hot latte . Instead of asking me to make another one, the girl who took the ordered blamed me for not saying I want iced. She asked me to pay for another drink if I wanted an iced one. She even told me she repeated the order back to me and said Hot, which she never did. I am a person that never drink anything hot, even if it is below freezing outside. Not hot coffee, not hot tea,etc, NEVER so I also make sure I said I wanted iced whenever I order my drink .
I just took the hit coffee that I dont want and left . I felt so disappointed because they could be way better than this.

Food and coffee were just ok! It's a little pricy for what you actually get. The hoagie was considerably smaller then most sub or hoagie places. The coffee was nothing special to me that I would run back but everyone has their own taste so you may or may not like it (to each their own). Make sure you check your bag I paid for the soup and it wasn't in my bag and I don't live nearby so it was a loss to me. So a Frappuccino, a hoagie that are small(was later told by a regular they just didn't give me what I ordered), a large coffee, a soup they didn't give me 😠 and a 15% tip was $28. Update: They did leave a number on here to call someone but I got really busy so (alot of time has passed since I first posted this)I'm going to assume they were going to fix it somehow which is good. Just check your order like I failed to do especially if you are like me and won't be back anywhere near the area again for a long time. I know alot of people who love this place and I'm sure it was an honest mistake.
