Outstanding place here in Jackson! Best food in the area, hands down. Coffees and lattes are amazing as always. But the service and the people make Coffeeville top-notch. Absolutely love the staff! Thank you for starting my days off right everytime!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! First time here and was just amazed at variety of the food/beverages offered. Love the decor, very good ambiance. Will definitely return when in the area! A true gem in Jackson!

Disappointing. The mild brew coffee was strong & in my estimation, bitter & warm but not hot. I had asked for cream which she put in a small cup for me to add myself but the cup was so full that there wasn't any room for the cream. I had a muffin & small coffee & with tax & tip was $7.50. She asked if I wanted her to warm the muffin & I then asked for butter as this is what usually goes with a warm muffin. When she said butter is extra, I declined. By the time we got to the table & talked for about 10 minutes, the coffee was at best, luke warm. Cozy atmosphere but very high priced. People claim to love it but I won't go back.

Great food,people.. Love the decor!!! Wish I had a cabin in the woods next to a lake with pine trees all around with wind whistling through them. My kind of dream home.

Simply amazing teas. Food menu is very nice. Atmosphere is simply the most quaint shop I have ever been in. Employees are 2nd to none.

Was first time there. Not a coffee drinker but the hot chocolate was very good! Soup was also tasty. Muffin was a little too sweet but I just ate part one day and part another day to spread out the sugar rush. :)

The menu is impressive and the food has always been fresh and tasty. Decor is charming. The only drawback is the prices are a liiiiittle over the top, especially for a town like Jackson (unless everything is organic.

What a beautiful place! Atmosphere is warm and cozy. The mushroom zupa soup was really incredible! It was loaded with mushrooms and the taste was spicy and delicious! The cup of soup came with a really nice homemade bread. Yum! The original latte I ordered was also great, and I'm very fussy about my coffee. If you haven't been here, you gotta try it. A local gem.
