If you don’t want to go to a Walmart and just get what you need, then i would go here. I watch my prices for they’re higher here sometimes. The fresh fruit and vegetables are better here then at a Walmart.

Little high on prices but otherwise they got everything you pretty much need for groceries. Clean and neat.

High prices, but a great selection. The staff at the meat counter is super helpful. The produce and bakery are pretty good, too. If I have grocery shopping to do (for things I can't get at Aldi), this is where I go. They also have a pretty good craft beer selection.

Let me tell y’all about Jake (in the meat department not from State Farm )
So we pre ordered via the phone . We are over the road truck drivers with two trucks . Our home time for Christmas was short and vary hurried . I try to preplan and pre pare as much as possible .
We called in reserved a Ham to picked up Thursday 12/23/21.
Well imagine my dismay when I arrive to pick up it up and it was gone . Needless to say my inner “ Karen “ came out .
It was. Christmas Eve Eve.and this was not supposed to happen right !
Well I was hot … talked to the store manager went to wal mart and called the Co Op . I had indeed saved Christmas dinner was still not very happy .
Until I get a phone call from Jake who was standing in the store . What huh ? This guy was actually in the store calling me at 8 pm at night what planet am I on ? He knew my order was there and had known where it was because mine was the last of two to be picked up on Thursday . Well he said he had more hams coming in tomorrow he was pretty sure . Apologized profusely and said no one’s Christmas dinner would be ruined on his watch . So in the morning I gave him a call to see if more came in . And indeed they where there … and he made our Christmas dinner perfect ! That ham was flavorful. And perfect . Almost as perfect as Jake from Marketplace!!! Thanks Jake job very well done you killed my inner Karen and saved Christmas!!!

One of my favorite grocery stores anywhere (shocking for an ‘up north’ location).
The food choices are great, and have a huge amount of options for organic, healthy, vegan, etc.
all of the produce and meat is high quality and fresh (wish more stores in the Cities could compete with this one).
Their liquor store is also great, with tons of craft beer options and good prices on liquor and a surprisingly big selection.
This is an ‘always stop’ for us when we come to town.

My absolute go to when heading to the cabin in the woods. Everything is really high quality and fresh. Great selection. Great liquor store. Nice produce. Yummy pastries. Great value.

Amazing store! They carry something for everybody. Lots of gluten-free, vegan, paleo grain-free options & fresh produce plus as much pizza, ice cream, chips, cookies, etc as you could want. Bright and clean. Welcoming. Caribou coffee with lounge. And it's employee owned! We'll be back.

The worst place to shop in the northland! Was there on a sunday at 8pm...there were 12 shoppers in line, all self checkouts closed, and one line open. Employees seemed to wander around and not care at all about the situation. Then a 2nd employee comes...to bag the items for the one line open! I dont care about policy or procedures, this is the worst place to shop, especially for tourists on weekends. Go anywhere else if you value time and competency.

While in the produce department, I asked Steve, your employee, for a specific product. He immediately stopped what he was doing, and went to the store room to check for it. He came back and said that it couldn’t be found. I thanked him for his efforts and continued my shopping. While I was shopping, Steve had apparently located the item, searched for me, and brought the item I requested over to me. I was so impressed that he made this effort on my behalf! Thanks, Steve, for going out of your way!

Friendly service, reasonable prices. Good products with many choices for selection of products.
