Depends on who's working not everyone can make it right,or make it taste good,they need a push card system the cash register system stinks always wrong .. putting it in the suggestion box..

Somewhat misleading tea shop attached to a spa, front door to tea shop locked entry obtained through spa entrance. We watched more than one patron turned away when they could not find the entrance to the shop. Limited seating, no place to dispose of disposable cups.

Friendly, cozy and full of choice for the new or initiated. For those curious, bubble tea is non-caffinated - feel free to treat your little ones to the tasty options. A good introduction to loose-leaf teas with a wide array of options and non-judgmental clerks. Have never had a bad experience with staff, the store is very clean and the only thing one might encounter as an inconvenience are flavour shortages for Boba or bubble tea, otherwise you're good! Yogurt is currently not available due to CDC infection control protocols and guidelines.

So excited for this new location! With frozen yogurt available, and a huge menu I love to stop by this location on my way home. Parking can be tricky, so park out back of it's the weekend or on the side street right next to the building, the spa traffic doesn't leave much room for Qtea customers. That being said, everything is delicious as always, and with the rewards system you can treat yourself more often! Always affordable and so satisfying. I always recommend the passion fruit iced tea latte with tapioca boba pearls!
