i waited for about 10 min and no one came out:( and ringed the bell twice

The establisment itself was aesthetically pleasing hence the 1 star.

However, if I could give 0 stars for their drinks I would. The first time we had their boba drinks, they lacked so much flavor.

Gave them a second chance. We went and got milk taro bubble tea; literally just tasted like milk. No taro.

Decided to give them another chance and went with a slushie instead and it was super watered down. Safe to say that that will be the last time we ever go there. 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️

Maybe the stars will increase if I didn't drive over to get a bubble tea during their open hours to find a dark store and nobody there. The Google listing said open until 7 on Sunday and the door said open until 9pm but apparently 6:45 was too late that day.

Their tea is always good, and the staff has been friendly every time I’ve gone in.

I love the bobba tea there I should go there again soon

The staff are kind and welcoming. The most recent time I went, the tapioca pearls were unable to be ordered due to an equipment issue, which was a bummer because it was my favorite.

I rated it what I did, exactly for the way y'all responded with my concerns "??". Apparently that's equivalent of asking real questions. Lol. Nobody that works there actually likes to work there lol. I literally pop an antidepressant an hour before I go, before my whole mood is about to go down. ( Or was)

Love the Boba tea! That’s all I got this time, but their services have always been good for me!

Bubble Tea places are hard to come by in the Green Bay area. Most times the tea lattes I get here are really delicious. One time, the tapioca pearls were quite hard and bumpy...which is the reason I can't give it 5 stars. But truly, it's pretty good bubble tea fare with lots of flavors available, and - as I said - it's one of very few options.
