Absolutely worst bitter full of grounds cup of hazelnut latte 😑 I've ever had. I'll never ever return or recommend this place to anyone.

WARNING!! Watch your credit card charges at this place CLOSELY! I was doubled charged almost $30 more than my purchase and was told they wouldn’t do a thing about it. Had to contact my credit card and they put it into fraud investigation. What a hassle for lack luster lattes and decidedly unfriendly service. Better value on gas station coffee!

1 star experience with a 5 star coffee.
It is pretty obvious customers are not welcome to stay inside and enjoy the seating area as the table by the maps always has a reserved sign on it. The back table is the owner-managers office space and the scowls on the 2 baristas on 8-29-19 around 11 a.m made us feel very unwelcomed. No " how is everything " or come again, just an annoyed look when we asked for a trash receptacle for our empty cups! Apparently there is no indoor trash allowed or expected. I was not trying to dump hefty bags of garbage, just a paper cup I purchased from you. We caused no distractions, and all purchased something and cleaned up and left in under an hour! Sorry for disturbing you!

Excellent coffee and excellent staff! It’s so nice to have a coffee shop like this in Florence, we are definitely spoiled :)

This is an outstanding small town coffee house! Fantastic coffee, service, and atmosphere! They also have a drive-thru! We make a point to stop every time we are passing through!

We pulled in on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend to find them closed (4:30 PM Memorial Day Weekend). We decided that since we couldn't get coffee we'd head to the antique shop across the street. We were gone about 10 minutes and came back to the owner of the Steamin' Joe copying down my license plate number, about to call the police. When I asked her what the problem was she acted liked a lunatic telling me that this was a private parking lot. I tried to explain that we had pulled into the lot to get a coffee but realized they were closed. She was right in my face, practically yelling that they are closed. Not only was she unprofessional, she was downright rude and boarder line crazy. This is definitely NOT the way you treat tourists in a small town.

On the way from Little River (Gaaching Ziibi Daawaa Anishinaabe) to Bad River (Mashkiziibi) and back again. Love this little place. Wifi wasn't working though the worker tried her darnedest to contact the Owner, etc. I had to go to the little Florence library to use wifi. I'll be sure to stop again when I pass through the next time around.

Stopped by Steamin Joe several times while working in Florence for a week. Cute little place to stop by for a good cup of coffee.

Will literally stop in just to read the wall.

Nice corner location with great coffee options and menu, indoor seating and wifi. Very knowledgable and friendly staff.
