Julie's Park Cafe & Motel

We (my family and I) just came from the “By the bay motel,” which was so terrible my expectations of this place were so incredibly low you wouldn’t even believe me. But, to my pleasant surprise, the room was fantastic! Super clean, nice modern decoration, and amazing for the price. Would highly recommend, definitely coming back when we’re in this area.

I really wanted to like this place since it is just outside the state park and very convenient for us as campers. After reading reviews and seeing how busy it was once we actually got there I was expecting a great breakfast. But my eggs were cooked to the point that they were just rubber, toast was black on the bottom. Fiance got crepes and said they were good. I also wasn't a fan of their coffee blend. Maybe our visit wasn't the norm.

Stayed here from 3/31-4/2/2021 along with our 2 smaller dogs. Very friendly staff. Due to being off season and Covid19 restrictions, the cafe was not open. But the pet-friendly hotel room was great for a 2 night stay! The room was very clean. Bed was great! Pillows were OK. Fridge, coffee maker in room. Cute pet basket to greet you. Not a fancy stay, but a quality, clean, friendly stay! Will stay again for sure!

Great place for breakfast/lunch or coffee to go! Comfortable outside seating during warmer weather. Connected to the motel. We've stayed overnight before and very clean. No vacancies this time around. And prices are reasonable.

Great place for breakfast. Were immediately seated at 9:00 indoors after being told there would be a wait for outside seating. Huge pancakes. Eggs could have been a tad warmer.

Within walking distance of all of the main street shops and eating establishments. The only thing we didn't like is the noisy metal deck. Some people came back to their room at 2 am and it woke us up. I'd still stay here again.

Been coming here since I was little. Consistently great breakfast food. Door county staple, so put it on your list. Honestly, everything is good and very fresh. Lots of rotating options, so I keep coming all year.

I just ate breakfast here. The biscuit and gravy was delicious and had excellent flavor!! Very convenient right outside the campgrounds.

One of the best places for breakfast. The service is great and staff is friendly. Vegan and heart healthy with the usual pancakes, eggs and french toast. They have a strawberry rhubarb jam that is wonderful. Don't forget to look at their fresh baked items. Family friendly and outdoor seating available. We stop every year & never diappointed.

Only ever been here to eat, the food is delicious! My only complaint is that they can’t poach an egg correctly, so skip the eggs Benedict. Ordered it 3 separate times over 3 trips and they always were over poached. Yolk looked almost like in a hard boiled egg. Otherwise everything else has been really good. Love that the patio is dog friendly too so we can bring her along when we’re camping at Peninsula.
