Terrible experience. Waited over 20 minutes for our coffee and it never came. Just got a refund. Drive 3 miles down the road and get in and out.

EDIT: Due to the owners response, I am very glad I took my business elsewhere. It wasn’t just the waiting, it was the lack of communication. There was a dozen people standing around waiting for coffee and I only saw three people get their drink in those 20 minutes. When staff was asked by others waiting around what was taking so long, they replied with, “We are just busy now.” No apologies, no nothing. I waited 20 minutes past my time that coffee would be ready and others were at or over 20 minutes and still waiting. I’m not surprised by how the staff responded after seeing the leader that the owner is from their response. I took my business down to Fish Creek and had amazing coffee down there. It’s not my fault you are understaffed.

Probably the best specialty coffee place in the Door County area. Excellent espresso, dairy-free options, house-made syrups, a pay it forward program ... What's not to like? A true hidden gem. Looking forward to returning once more!

12 is is the largest size and my mocha was probably 9oz+ for $7. Also you MUST order online and pick up. We discovered this as we walked up to the door. We ordered while we waited in our vehicle. I counted 8 customers who drove away after reading the sign on the door.

Very good coffee, and friendly service. The owner handled our endless drinks and questions.

The espresso spritzer was a real treat!

He doesn't have heavy cream, but he does have decaf espresso. I will definitely be back next time we go through town.

Super good coffee! Will say their ordering process is a massive pain. I didn't find much info on the website, so drove over expecting to be able to go in and order and takeout. They have a sign outside telling you to order online, but they're in an area with poor service, so I couldn't even load the website. Then, the baristas just shove the coffee out the window, allowing it to sit and get cold if you happen to have your windows rolled up and don't hear your name called. I work at a coffee shop and know that there are plenty of other ways to do this process, so it was just kinda frustrating. That being said, coffee is really good, and Covid sucks for small businesses 💁🏼‍♀️

We dropped in on a wintry day in January when most other shops were shut down. My wife knew the coffee was excellent from a prior visit but he surprised us with equally good hot chocolate for our boys. Expect to pay a little more but quality is worth the extra.

GREAT cup of coffee. We were on the hunt of another coffee option since Leroy's was closed and found the coffee lab. Very small place next to a small clothing shop. Not too much of a hangout space but they make up for it with their awesome coffee. Had an 8 oz vanilla latte and it rivaled my favorite coffee shop back home :) I also like the fact that they had other suggestions of places to go listed on their door in the event that they were closed :)

If your in Ephraim the coffee lab is on the north end of town behind chefs hat. Leroy's is on the south end in the "U" shops. You're going to pay a premium at coffee lab with a wait. Its all about the brew. But you are getting quality beans. Easiest way to explain it is eco friendly hipsters. Was a little turned off that when I ordered online it automatically included a 20% gratuity.
