Takes time. No sitting room inside so it's a "to go" place. Will visit again. The roast I tried was bold but too bitter. He's thinking about opening on Tuesdays; open Wed thru Sun currently. Open until February then off for a few months.

The best coffee I’ve had in Wisconsin. Amazing coffee from people who really know what they’re doing! Be sure to check out their beans for sale, and if you come on a hot day be sure and order the espresso spritz!

Cool vibe here and more serious coffee offerings. Not your average dark roasts and safe flavor profiles. Cold brew had a lot of acidity which I liked but others may not.

When you’re in Door County you can expect to have many amazing things. One of these things I didn’t expect to have such an amazing and memorable espresso. Their coffee is top notch. I got a latte for a long car ride and instead of just having a regular good latte, I was greeted with an espresso that was so wonderfully balanced. It tasted of freshly roasted cocoa nibs along with the bit of acidity you relish when drinking freshly roasted beans. I’m tempted just to go back to Door County just for another espresso.

I finally found the time to visit your coffee shop !
Being a SCAA certified roaster myself, I can tell your attention to detail with the coffee we purchased, and I also appreciate the gift of samples so I can roast on my Probat sample roaster I have in my basement !
I roasted many years for Victor Allen coffee and many years for the craft brewing industry, roasting is truly a art and I can tell you have a passion for your craft and it’s reflected in your finished product!
Great job !

We were excited to try a more modern coffee place and think this place has potential. The nitro cold brews were a bit bitter and after a bit, just had a slightly strange aftertaste. Hoping as the world opens up they begin to introduce more options. It was super convenient though to order online and pick up quickly and they are walking distance from a lot of places to stay, which was great!

Was disappointed to find out that the “flash chilled” coffee was just coffee poured out of their carafe into a cup of ice. At almost double the price of a hot coffee, I could have just ordered a hot coffee and a cup of ice water and done that myself. Wish they would have been a little clearer about that, as a bunch of ice cubes slowly melting into a cup of coffee isn’t exactly what I would call “flash chilled”

Vanilla latte had no flavor! Much better coffee at the restaurant next door. My first contact was with a man and he was rude. The lady who gave me my coffee was very nice. Owner's responses to negative reviews show his true personality. I can't wait to see how he responds to mine. I truly think all the positive reviews by Google "local guides" were just so they could get points and they have never been there. I have a hard time believing they are genuine if their experience was anything close to mine.

Ordered 2lbs online at the suggestion of a buddy who had stopped by while on vacation. Not only were the beans reasonably priced for a micro roaster, the price included free shipping and my coffee showed up in less than a week! Really happy with the coffee I received (complete with hand-labeled roasting dates and batch numbers). The Mexico is sweet and kinda syrupy and the Burundi is very well balanced. Will be ordering again!

Great little shop with both classic and creative drinks to choose from! Particular props for the ginger turmeric Chai latte which was perfectly flavor balanced.
