Silly Serrano Mexican Restaurant

I had the steak burrito. It was at least 50% plain rice. 25% beans. The rest being made up of the rest of the ingredients. It was no bueno. If I were to describe the flavor it would be "beans" because that's all that I tasted. If this item is indicative of what the rest of the menu is going to be like then I have no interest at all in trying anything else on the menu. Staff was nice and the place was clean. So they had that going for them a least.

We had walking tacos and a kids meal here. It was really authentic and very tasty. Spent less than 20 bucks and filled two adults and two children. This was our first time here and are definitely looking forward to going back.

Stopped at Silly Serrano on our way to Milwaukee. Food was delicious. We had street tacos of every kind and Mac n cheese for our toddler. Our 9 year old loved the tacos too! Will definitely stop back on our future trips.

my husband and I's favorite mexican restaurant in Eau Claire! we've never had a bad meal here. Fresh food (that doesn't make you feel bad after eating), friendly service, reasonable prices. Love this place.

If I could do zero stars I would. The instant rice was horrible. The taco shells were stale. The steak had no flavor and the margaritas tasted like the pre mix stuff. There are plenty of more authentic places in town that are way better and won’t cost you over $20 for 2 people!!! I just don’t understand why you would serve food with no flavor.

Ordered a steak burrito and steak bowl, both were flavorless and bland. The medium salsa tasted very mild and did not help with the lack of flavor in the meat. It really seemed like nothing was actually seasoned.

I am addicted to their shrimp tacos. truly the best food I have ever had. friends tell me they have other items on the menu that are as good if not better but I cannot imagine it. highly highly recommend.

First time at Silly Serano, staff very friendly & helpful. Went with the cheese enchiladas with green chillies and queso sauce; fantastic. Order didn't take long to get. Definitely going back.

got the veggie burrito that's listed as $6 and it somehow ended up being $10? don't know any place on the planet that charges $4 for a portion of guac so small that you can't taste it. I went home and covered it in hot sauce to give it some flavor. stick to Chipotle-- cheaper, flavor, bigger portions

I went here the first time today and ordered a steak burrito bowl and let me tell you, I’d order from here rather than chipotle or burachos in a heart beat. The flavors were delicious, the queso was great too. I will definitely be back! On top of that, I’m supporting locally which always makes me happy to do!
