Silly Serrano Mexican Restaurant

Right off the bat the service was really great! The ladies were very attentive and helpful. The margarita cocktail was delicious, as was the taco. Great spot to visit when you're around the downtown area.

Silly Serrano is my go-to place for Mexican food in Eau Claire. They offer carry-out staples, like generous burritos and incredible street tacos, along with specials like fajitas and tamales that are equally as fresh and delicious.

I honestly get hungry everytime I think about this place, and have never been disappointed by their food or friendly service!

I just wanted to say, I absolutely LOVE this place. It never disappoints! My 1 year old, 2 year old, boyfriend, and myself eat here every week! Amazing food and amazing service!
P.s- we LIVE for the tamales on Thursdays when you have them. Authentic and delish! 15/10 over an over again!

Tried it for the first time today for my wife, the Spanish teacher, who is a huge fan of Mexican food. Super friendly staff, the food was fresh and tasted great, it came out quickly and was priced reasonably. Overall it was a great 1st impression and we'll definitely be back as it is right in the middle of our house and a walk downtown! One last thing, if you don't try the guacamole you're missing out! Maybe our favorite guac in Eau Claire!

My wife and I love this place. We're very happy this location finally got something great in it. We used to eat salad bowls from Chipotle quite often, but now it's nice to have a place nearby that sells a similar product that's fresher tasting, locally owned, and costs basically the same. Have tried numerous things on the menu and everything comes looking and tasting fresh. In the summer it's great to get takeout and eat at the park across the street. Their drive thru pickup window has made life easy during the Covid era. The portions are generous, the staff always friendly, and they have good specials as well.

Most eateries let me down, this place lifts me up (even when weighed down with barbacoa). Just had some tonight. I almost never leave reviews but I was so fat and happy that I felt appreciation needed to be given.

First time here. Staff was great! I sat outside and they took care of me. Fish tacos were yummy! I will be back for sure.

First and definitely not our last time here at Silly Serrano. I had there Friday night walleye special and it was delicious. My fiance has the shrimp bowl that was fantastic as well. Great service as well.

We have been doing orders from where I work. The food is so fresh and appetizing! Highly recommend the shrimp tacos!! So good! This establishment is locally owned and a must try!! Keep up the great service!!

The reason I can only give a 3 stars review is that I asked for the sliced avocado on the side, with my veggie burrito order. The girl who took my order suggested the avocado could be put inside the burrito, which I agreed to. My order was a carry out, so I was not able to address this issue at the time, but, I found NO AVOCADO in my burrito, even though I was charged $.75 (1/2 the price of a side order). I would suggest putting LESS RICE in your veggie burrito, then there is room to add the avocado!! The burrito's taste was very good, but I missed my avocado, thank you.

My experience was exceptional. The salsas were unique and spicy, yet flavorful. The ingredients in my chicken burrito bowl were super fresh and flavorful. Loved it!
