I love the order head feature through the app. It's so nice to think about what you want ahead of time and then pay for it and just walk in and grab it off the counter!They're bacon gouda souffle is delicious and a favorite is their chai tea lattes and chocolate croissants.

Usually very good vanilla lattes today must have needed to clean out the machine as tasted more bitter. I like the variety they offer like the honey lavender.

This location isn't ideal for where I live but I met somebody here for a coffee and a treat, and I really enjoyed it. Inside, I like the layout a lot. And the Dark Chocolate Cooler I chose to have was really tasty. For a treat--I had the chocolate chip crumb cake and I also loved that. It wasn't too dry and had a great flavor, as well! There's also a drive-through here for people who prefer that.

Went there today to get a bagel lox and smear. . Was told , no substitutions on what kind of bagel you get for your sandwich. WTAF? It’s a bagel. Why be in the business of bagels at all of you can’t pick your bagel? I didn’t get get my breakfast here. I call their customer service as was told they don’t make the sandwiches fresh any more it’s all pre made. Apparently they can’t run their own business model effectively. Why on on earth would I pay a premium price for a lox sandwich on a bagel I don’t want? It’s a shame cuz I’ve been tolerating these mediocre bagels for many years . I close by rewards account and won’t be back to any of their locations. I’m going to HY Vee to tomorrow to get the fixings for a proper bagel.

Absolutely wonderful menu items that are worth the price. From breakfast to lunch or just a bagle and schmear.

Quick coffee, warm, cool or blended. Smoothies and delicious drinks!

And a gluten free menu!

Watch out for lines in the drive thru, and getting in and out (the frontage road is the best option in my opinion).

VERY cute, cozy and clean inside. Several seating style options (regular table, breakfast bar, cozy chair and coffee table, high chairs and tables).

I am a bit sad their menu changed, they still offer food options but they are not as home cooked tasting. I miss the farmhouse sandwich but the lumberjack is ok.

Food, drinks and interior are great and keep me coming back. The customer service, however, leaves something to be desired. For awhile I excused it as being a new business with new employees, but it's been open quite a long time now so I'm guessing the employees just aren't trained very well. No greeting when people come in or leave, they never ask for my perks account (inside. The drive through is always much better), I'll often have to wait for someone to come to the counter even when there are many people working, and unfriendly all around except for a few standout employees. It's a stark contrast to the Starbucks down the street, unfortunately.

No list of bagel flavors in the drive through, no list of cream cheese smear options in the drive through or in the store. When you ask, they get rattled off so fast you can't consider all options. You can no longer change the flavor of bagel when you order a breakfast sandwich. Ice chunks gets caught in all straws now that they're removed the wider cooler straws making it a pain to drink a blended drink.

I wasn’t going to write any kind of review up until this morning when I pulled up at the drive through, and the people are always super nice, but I am very upset that this is the third time now I’ve ordered coffee and there’s huge chunks of coffee grounds in it, and some people may think that’s not a big deal, but these are some pretty spendy drinks, to have to pay almost $9 for the iced coffee you want and then turn around and take a big sip of chunky coffee grounds, that is disappointing… now I have a full drink sitting on my desk melting because there’s more coffee grounds than there is drink.

Passing through town, and was stoked to see a Caribou Coffee shop! My hometown no longer has any Caribou's, so I had to get their mint mocha! (Almond milk and hold the whip please😜) Delicious as usual, and when Covid is less of an issue, it looks like they have a nice, spacious indoor seating area! Baristas were pleasant and quick as well👍

They have great bagel sandwiches as well as their coffee drinks. Their drive thru is convenient, but there can sometimes be a long line and their location just doesn't allow for cars to line up well to wait.
