Absolutely love this coffee shop! The interior is beautiful and very clean. I got the egg, cheese, and bacon breakfast sandwich and I highly recommend it! Great place to stop for a bite and to fuel up on coffee. Definitely recommend visiting!

First time trying this coffee shop and I loved it! Friendly staff and my cold brew and scone were delicious. Great atmosphere and place to study/get work done or just relax. Highly recommended! ☕️

Inside of coffee shop was charming and spacious. The hot chocolate had great flavor and perfect temperature for drinking right away. The egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was not as good as I had hoped…the egg was definitely overcooked and the bun was to big!

The ambience is somewhat dystopian with rusted sheet metal and roughly finished hardwood floors. There’s plenty of space so congregate or to get some work done.

The coffee is good and the baked goods also satisfied. It’s a charming location in a cute little downtown.

First time at Blue Collar and our drinks were great! The chai was good and spicy instead of just overly sugary like other places. The latte was perfect and much better than many other coffee places throughout Lake Country (with the exception of stone creek). They had a nice variety of bottled drinks too.

The atmosphere was relaxed, clean, and cozy. The staff were on-point with making everything and helping customers; not overly friendly but that's OK with me. Definitely a new favorite coffee shop!

Blue Collar is one of my favorite spots for coffee. Their espresso is smooth and full of flavor and I recommend the chocolate twists to go with your coffee. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is full of character. It is located in the heart of Delafield with lots of unique shops within walking distance.

I ordered a Thai tea and unfortunately, threw out the entire thing. (It tasted like watered-down milk.) My husband's coffee was average at best. Very little room for seating. We were there on a Sunday morning. Not much else to choose from in the area. Locals seem to like it so maybe it was just a fluke thing we experienced.

Staying at the Delafield Hotel and received 2 $10 gift certificates to this coffee shop. Usually we don't use them but we were intrigued. Awesome coffe, Mango smoothie great, Caprisi Sandwich awesome and Chicken Pesto awesome. All in all...must stop.

My first time here was today and it was not a good experience. We(10:26am) ordered our drink peaches and cream smoothie an one maple croissant. Well we receive the maple croissant but did not receive our smoothie. I waited till after a couple more people got their drinks and then went up there to ask them about mines. She told me she'll make it after she makes the drink she was currently in the process of making (10:46am) How Ever not only did she make those drinks and give them to the person but she in turn made multiple drink and they were getting theirs. So I went to the counter and told them that was okay and walked out and the person I was with, went back in there, they gave him the excuse that it was only three people and he waited a little longer came out with the drinks and then the drinks were terrible. I wish I could post the video but it won't allow me to but that was my experience hopefully the next person will have a better experience.

Their single-origin coffees from Ruby Coffee is the absolutely best coffee I have ever had. The atmosphere is rustic and plenty of seating inside and out. Friendly staff as well.
