Scoops Ice Cream House

They have some of the best ice creams. A ton of varieties of ice cream and toppings to go with them. I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and how polite they are not to mention the suggestions for people to try. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I can't give them a five-star review because we were asked to leave. We had our service dog with us and before we could order they said we have to leave. I showed them her license and tags on her vest that say she is a service dog. They said they didn't care and you have to leave the dog can't be in here. I can see if we came in with a emotional support rat or an emotional support cockroach but it was a Service Dog, licensed with her paperwork. They did not even care to see them. I was going to get an iced coffee and my wife was going to get ice cream, it might gave been good but we will never know. 😁

While it's not quite Leon's or Kopp's, it has a Gillies vibe to it. They have a wide variety of flavors and the banana split had real fruit toppings which is becoming harder to find at other places. It's a nice little shop very popular with locals and for good reason! Will definitely be going back to try other flavors!

Good, but not as good as it used to be. They re-arranged a bit, which makes it hard to navigate and see all the ice cream choices when it's busy. The kids that work nights and weekends are not friendly at all and look like they wish they weren't at work. No smiles, interactions with customers, etc. other than asking what ice cream you want and telling you the total. No thank you at checkout. No music outside anymore, which ruins the fun atmosphere of sitting outside listening to the tunes (speaker is still there, it just buzzes). The broken atmosphere is not worth the increase in price and the decrease in portion size (get almost nothing compared to what they used to give for each size/scoop count). Ice cream is still delicious, but the other changes and night/weekend staff suck.

I only ordered food from here once, that i didn't enjoy so much, but definitely my go to for a treat.

Excellent homemade ice cream, unique flavors, and lots of options. The ice cream cakes are very good as well, much better than Dairy Queen. Our favorite ice cream shop.

Best ice cream in Wisconsin! All made from scratch and very creative flavors. Love that this is a family owned business as well!

Amazing ice cream!! Friendly staff too. You can order inside or through the drive thru. Will definitely be back!
