Delicious and staff very friendly. Staff makes suggestions if you have questions and is very customer friendly. The selection is tremendous and it is open year around and the hours are long. Terrific ice cream place. Deserves 5 stars all the time each time we visit! Thank you!!

I stopped at their food truck at the Valder’s Car Show today, and I could not get over how ridiculously rude the employees were. They were short, crabby and just did not care what the customer said. I ordered an iced coffee with almond milk and Carmel syrup, they responded very rudely “that’s a latte”. I was very confused, and I responded by saying “oh, this is what I order at Starbucks and they never call it a latte”, and he responded “Starbucks is just sugar in a cup”. Well, turns out their medium drink was more expensive than Starbucks and it was pure sugar. It was the most disgusting drink I ever had. I would not recommend them. I wish there was a zero star option.

The small-batch ice cream creations here are spectacular!

Been here atleast once every year since I've been a kid and have never had a bad experience or bad ice cream. Their best flavor is Monster Cookie, plus I love their other unique flavors.

Update: I have lowered my review to 4 stars based on the fact that many of their flavors in this last year have not been as creative and unique and this does not look like it will change soon.

Seriously, their ice cream is so good that if I lived closer I'd probably be there every night. I love Scoops, my kids love Scoops and it won't break the bank. Quality and value with friendly smiles.

This is the best Ice Cream place Ever! My wife and I have set out on a mission to try the best rated Ice cream places in the State. I am strictly a hard scoop ice cream guy. Scoops to me is far better than any of the other top rated Ice cream places in the state. And yes, I tried the other one your thinking about. As far as Flavor, Texture and Choices...Scoops is the best! Just not as well known because of being located in Chilton.
