Velō Cafe

Had two breakfast sandwiches both very good, cinnamon roll was perfect moist, cinnamony and creamy frosting. Lattes were very good also. Price was a little steep but not unusual for today's economy.

We were there late in the day, but were served friendly staff and the food was very good. I'd call it a 4.75, but since google doesn't let me split hairs, I'll be more generous than normal. The chicken salad wrap was great. My only real gripe was the prices on their drinks were a bit on the high side. Several of our group ordered smoothies, which were tasty, but probably not quite worth the price.
Still, it's local, clean, and definitely worth a return.

Excellent, healthy vegetarian and gluten free options. Gluten free cookies, coffee, and scones were great! Our kids had fruit and grilled cheese or peanut butter/jelly sandwiches. Nice outdoor seating.

Got there just before lunch rush! Ordered the world cup salad i do believe. Lots of depth and flavor with ingredients. Picked up a smoothie to go as well, smoothie a little pricey at $9 but the salad was well worth it imo!

This is my favorite coffee shop, ever. Everyone is so friendly, and they love what they do! And the coffee is top notch.

Velo is a must-visit every time we’re in Cable! Vanilla Lattes, warm or iced, and their cookies (we love peanut butter & the oatmeal dark chocolate walnut) can’t be beat!

A very impressive cafe. The whole atmosphere is very inviting and clean. Love all the bicycle inspired art work. They even have misc. bicycle components and gear for sale.
The drink and food menu is the most impressive. A big variety of drinks, everything from black coffee to homemade smoothies.
The food is made with care and tastes amazing. I had the veggie breakfast burrito and it's more than just a burrito. It comes with an arugula mini salad and grapes. Had to try one of their cookies...the peanut butter cookie was awesome and can be shared. They are huge!
A great cafe to support and I highly recommend.

Everything you could want or need. Cozy and clean. Staff was overwhelmingly welcoming and accommodating. We are grateful for the vegetarian options and the comfortable seating area. The menu was eclectic - rosemary brown sugar anyone? Loved it. We'll be back. :)

Surprise in the Northwoods. Perfect after ski lunch. Great sandwich, great soup. All fresh. And the best peanut butter cookie in the world!
