Gloria Jean's Coffees Wisconsin Dells Outlets

Was nice to see a shop have options for someone like me who can’t have all the sugar or caffeine from most yummy coffee drinks. Came from out of town and made a pit stop just to come to Gloria jeans because they took our shop away in the Eau Claire area years ago so we don’t have a Gloria jeans now. So we either take trips to the Dells or lacrosse to get it. And I was able to get a decaf iced latte with sugar free caramel. She topped it with whipped cream and real Caramel ( I can have some sugar) and it was yummy. Asked the lady working if she had anything that was cold, decaf and sugar free and she’s like..”I got you, what flavor do you want? “ was nice to go somewhere with options. I’ve been to Starbucks and other places and asked if they had any options for me and they never know their own menu.

Worst cup of coffee I’ve ever received in my life, if I wanted hot gasoline I would’ve visited Kwik Trip. Left the worst taste in my mouth due to how burnt it was, I couldn’t even tell if it was the correct flavor I had ordered. The employees weren’t that friendly either, pretty sure the one who made my coffee was talking on the phone through wireless earbuds. I know it was a slow weekend day and all but seriously? So disappointing, I will not be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Best place to get food in the Dells Outlet Mall. I like the strawberry lemonade and the mini pretzel dogs the best. The pepperoni pretzel is really good too. I go in there at least once a day when I'm working In a store across from them.

I came on Saturday and they told me they where not serving. Came back Monday and I was told the same. Why have a business and not operate. The people in the pretzel is the same taking care of the coffee shop and they just don’t want to sale anything

Coffee was great, staff very efficient other than trying to run two things at once. Shop is due for an update.

The cold brew was absolute trash. I like most coffee but this one actually made me gag. Had to throw it out. Overpriced and awful taste. Literally threw $6 in the garbage cause I couldn't drink it.

Really good coffee and other drinks, best part was the very friendly barista 5/5 will be going back again!

I go to gloria jeans in greendale all the time and love it. I was so excited to get a good coffee drink in the dells and I've never been so let down with a drink and overall experience in my life, All the one star reviews on here are spot on. I debated calling corporate to complain (still am) but decided I'll sleep on it and talk to my usual baristas about it tomorrow to see how to proceed. Had to vent somewhere though and hopefully steer someone clear if they're expecting an actual gloria jeans experience.

The only employee stayed on her phone for the entire 20 minutes we were there, including when we ordered and when she made our order. She had no food ready and didn't acknowledge us when we entered. This was the most disrespectful and rude experience I've had at a coffee shop.

Dope spot glad the outlets finally got a spot where food is made. A couple more would be nice. They always have a good seasonal coffee that is made very well and taste pretty darn good. I know the owner here and hes very nice and interactive with surrounding stores as well as customers. Friendly staff and quick service. I like the chicken pesto panini and chicken Cesar wrap with spinach tortilla. For a while I was eating there everyday but gave it a break because I didnt want to get tired of it. They also have an attached Antie Anne's.
