Copper Rock Coffee

Love the Harvest Chai w/skim milk. Oh and pumpkin cream cheese swirl bread mmmmmm!! The most important part of this visit was when there was a minor hiccup in our order at the drive thru. The staff member at the window was pleasant and acknowledged the glitch and corrected it immediately. She was appropriately apologetic and came across as sincere. Excellent service and customer retention. Will definitely be back.

A fun coffee shop with a great atmosphere. One of the highlights: they make their own Gelato! Different flavors everyday, so if you see one that you want, make sure you grab it. I love their tea. If you stay to drink it instead of to-go, it's served on a wooden tray with a beautiful glass teapot and a small pottery mug. The downtown location has a large room that is perfect for parties or gatherings, while the main room has a plethora of fun seating options, including some coffee seats right by the large front window: excellent for enjoying the downtown. The Copper Rock location north of town is a little quieter (unless you go when school is getting out). They both are good options if you need a coffee shop. My recommendation: check it out!

Best coffee in town by a long shot. I used to go to a different big name company. I will NEVER go there or anywhere else ever again. Copper Rock Coffee is amazing and if you haven't tried it you are missing out. Great prices as well.

This is the best coffee shop ever!! They have gelato in addition to sweets and frappes; its all very good :) the staff is friendly and agreeable. When I was there there was a tornado warning and all customers had to relocate to a safe area. This didn't faze the staff and they were just as friendly and helpful as they'd been when they got me my order. Would definitely recommend!

Lots of variety of both hot and cold items. Full coffee bar service and plenty of seating both indoors and outside. A few gluten free options were also available which is much appreciated.

Great coffee and sandwiches! Better than starbucks. Only complaint is that I ordered soup one time and it had a slimy film that had formed on the top, i dont think it was fresh.

Both Appleton locations have a great atmosphere for enjoying coffee or lunch, and the prices are very reasonable.

Consistency really needs to be taught here. Sometimes the sandwich I get has 1 piece of ham other days 4. Sometimes 2 pieces of cheese sometimes 1. Sometimes my latte has the milk added before the ice making it twice as much milk as when the ice is added first. When you get drinks at a coffee shop you expect them to be the same everytime. Sometimes I totally hate what I get even though I am getting the same thing everytime. :(

This place has the worst customer service. When its good, its barely civilizex, when its bad, its rude and no politeness. No basic manners. Great drinks - horrible customer service
