The place was packed! Walked past 2 women on the street who were carrying Copper Rock coffee and just the aroma of it made us go in for a cup. Now that's some good coffee! Got the House blend and it was delicious. Try it, you'll love it 😁☕

Nice establishment! Not much of a coffee person, but the matcha and chai latte are great.

Best coffee, cafe in downtown and the selection of variety of drinks is great. The food menu is decent as well and should stay for the environment and atmosphere. Recommend bring your own coffee cup to get a discount off.
The staff is excellent and knowledgeable and move the line along during peak hours. Be great to get one in Eau Claire or something similar.

Great space for working (lots of seating options and outlets) or chatting with friends. Relatively large coffee/drink menu, though I do not particularly care for their coffee drinks (unless you want a flavored drink, like a mocha). I do like their chai lattes fine. Don't particularly care for their food options for breakfast or lunch. Their quiche is the best option, especially for the price. Their breakfast bread options are pretty bad and very overpriced. Service has always been fine here, but generally don't think much from their menu is worth the cost.

The coffee is high quality and always made to order, worth the wait during a busy time. I love the small art gallery the have attached and the food is good as well.

Chill spacious hangout spot, occasionally live music or performances are happening. Great food options, later hours than most coffee shops and fun seasonal drinks! They also have AMAZING gelato and dessert. Been a favorite downtown hangout for a while!

Used to love copper rock knowing the original owners. The decor was perfect, the service was awesome. Bill and the long standing employees are excellent... That said.. The downtown location is becoming dated. Wait times have become unacceptable. I waited 2 times over 20 minutes for a frappe and latte while others were served, the front people looked confused and were talking. The frappes are a powder and don't seem as fresh and there's enough competition to keep me less loyal. Bill and his ventures are awesome but it seems things could use a refresh and refocus, or long term customers such as myself are just not able to enjoy the experience of a few years ago.

We order coffee from Copper Rock fairly regularly when hosting events, usually for serious coffee drinkers. The coffee is always delicious and the service is exceptional! We appreciate that the Copper Rock makes us look so great to our attendees, when all we did was make a phone call. I can't recommend them enough for their catering services, their attention to detail, and their commitment to excellence in service. Even at their busiest times, they've gone out of their way to ensure that our events are successful. We love their coffee and we love their service!

Food was excellent! Enjoyed seating upstairs. Only gavenit 4 stars Because of the service. We got sat down and told our server would be with us shortly...we waited 10-15 minutes until someone finally came over by us. Not a big deal, it seemed fairly busy there and I'm sure it was a miscommunication error. Other than that.. excellent place. A little pricey, but that's also because in a broke college student 🤙

Copper Rock is an elegant, yet rustic coffee joint located in the heart of downtown Appleton. Parking can be a hassle as it's on-street, but even if you land a spot a few blocks away the walk is worth it. The bakery and café menu selections are each fresh-sounding and exquisite-looking, and same goes for the barista drinks. Their line of teas is impressive, too!
Company merch is available for purchase in the spacious lobby as well as buy-and-go snacks and a cooler with juices, kombucha and fruit cups.
For non-coffee folks, I especially enjoyed the London Fog with a spritz of lavender and honey. The Orange Blossom tea also warms the soul.
