Liked it so much we went back the next day! Perfect spot to grab breakfast and coffee or afternoon tea and a cookie (we did both!). Breakfast sandwiches on croissants were so good and the quiche was fresh and delicious.
Lots of seating, local art, cards and gifts and friendly staff that doesn’t get frazzled when there’s a line!
Can’t wait to stop in on our next trip!

Warm ambiance and great coffee. Barista is kind and knowledgeable. Will go here again! They also have a large menu and are open earlier than many area spots near the Hilton.

Cappuccino for dine is was served in a paper cup as was a double espresso. Mediocre foam on the cap, rushed to make it. Sat for 30 mins waiting for the sandwich and finished the coffees before the food had arrived. The veggie sandwich was a pile of cold raw veggies on soggy bread with a microwaved egg. Why did it take so long to deliver such mediocre and basic food? We will not eat here again, may stop in for some sugary beverage and nice atmosphere but that’s all it’s good for. Disappointing that the better cafe across the street was closed on Sunday.

Pretty neat and trendy place! It's usually fairly busy and has a steady flow of people in and out. I had a vanilla spiced Chai Latte and it's honestly one of the best I've had in a very long time. There is local art posted on the walls which is cool and they have a wide selection of menu options!

Nice, chill spot in downtown Appleton with a wide variety of menu items that all seem to hit the spot. ◡̈ Love the atmosphere and super staff members. Thanks for a great experience!

Enjoyed this spacious coffee house. Easy walk from Copper leaf boutique hotel downtown Appleton.

This is the story of atmosphere and menu done well. Typically bustling, the simple menu and service model have withstood time. The building and seating are lovely. Occasional music performances liven up the downtown scene.
Coupled with the variety of coffee, scones, quiches, desserts and gelato, Copper Rock provides a delicious and engaging experience for conversation or quiet study.

A great finish to a fun weekend in town to see Hamilton at the theater. Tasty food, delicious coffee & specialty drinks, super friendly staff, chill Sunday morning vibe. The only thing missing was a water cooler & cups/glasses to balance the meal.

We went 2 days in a row. We both work from home so we will go to different coffee shops to just get out and about and mix things up. Thursday the experience was fine, even though we did not enjoy the food the coffee and atmosphere was functional enough to get 2 hours of work in before we headed back home.
Friday however, the atmosphere was terrible. We got there got a table after ordering, and within 5 - 10 minutes someone decided the music wasn't loud enough, and amped it up. I work with headphones in and lout enough I cannot usually hear anything else, so the fact that even with my music going at full volume in my headphones, I could still clearly hear the music they were playing is insane.
I cannot say which day was the norm, but I can say Friday's experience means I won't be going back to find out.

I love it here. The drinks are fantastic and the price is reasonable. The staff are so nice and friendly. This will definitely be my new weekly mocha stop! Thanks again.
