Vanilla chia made right. Cute little shop. The gales here are so sweat and so are there tasty treats.

Workers were polite but you can tell they weren't fully trained on customer service. My kids enjoyed the Mothman cookies and the novelty of the whole Mothman thing but the sweet iced tea we ordered wasn't sweet and my iced mocha didn't have a very strong espresso taste. The chocolate in the mocha tasted like Hershey's syrup. For a coffee shop, I wouldn't go there for coffee. For the novelty of the whole Mothman experience? Why not. The kids liked it.

Cute little place. Stopped here on our way to a wedding. The mothman theme is cute however, the coffee was disgusting. I had a cappochino husband had some kind of frapp and its was horrible. It tasted burnt, like the coffee maker hadn't been cleaned in a while. The flavor in my husbands tasted off. Almost like the flavor syrup went bad. We didnt even finish our drinks. We threw them away in a trashcan outside the shop. Its a small town, but as the only coffee shop, one would think they would try harder to at least be mediocre. Would not go back.

I got an iced coffee and my girlfriend got a mocha frap. Both were really good. We also got a mothman cookie. 4 stars only due to the price and the wait time. Otherwise was great!

We stopped here after the Mothman Museum as we explored the beautiful town of Pt. Pleasant. Service was excellent and I got a delicious bowl of soup with a yummy cherry Irish soda. My son got a milkshake and said it was one of the best he's had! He also loved the adorable Mothman cookie. My husband enjoyed his coffee. Well worth a visit! The bathrooms were open to customers.

Staff was friendly, the drinks we ordered were great. I had a mocha frapp (not a coffee, that’s a milkshake yo) the cappuccino my husband says was “super good.” I’d definitely eat that cookie again, even if it wasn’t Mothman shaped. It was a really good cookie.

Order and Mocha Frape, and a vanilla latte. Delicious. While waiting for the drinks we took pictures with the Mothman stand and we made a bunch of funny faces.
The ladies were nice and helpful and the bakery items looked delicious!

We walked into the shop 10 til closing (2:50pm) and very rudely got told that we would not be served because they were closing, although the closing time is not until 3:00pm. We were really looking forward to an afternoon pick-me-up coffee, but were forced to take our business elsewhere. It was not a very good way to handle business and especially not a good way to get customers to come back. We will not try here again.

I had a very poor experience here a few months ago. They were out of their mothman cookie which sucks but is understandable, however I asked about it and they were unable to let me know if they'd have more soon or even the next day. They weren't especially friendly or professional which was unfortunate since everyone else in Point Pleasant was. I guess for a shop next to the mothman museum you'd think they'd be more used to tourists visiting, but honestly they seemed annoyed by it and only wanted to talk with locals.
That disappointment aside, I couldn't finish drinking my coffee. It had a very.. weird, thick taste to it that I couldn't put my finger on. I think it was just a latte so I have no idea where that would have come from.

Upon entering, we were greeted by just about the friendliest staff we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only were they welcoming, they incorporated just the right amount of small talk to make you feel at home. The small bites, goodies and drinks are a delight along with the decor. You really feel like you're kicking back at a friend's place when you stop here. A must if you're visiting the museum and taking the whole Mothman experience.
