The atmosphere was nice and cozy. A great place to relax over a coffee or tea. The coffee I had tasted a little watered down but the cookie I had was excellent. I reminded me of ones my grandmother would make.
The staff was nice and friendly.

The food tasted about average at its price point, and the staff seemed very standoffish like they didn't care whether or not they wanted my business. I'm guessing the place's proximity to the Mothman Museum is what keeps them in business. I'm sure Point Pleasant has better food to offer if you're not as lazy as me and pick the fist place to eat in sight.

This little shop is quaint with excellent food, home made donuts, and of course AMAZING coffee. There are not enough stars for how much I love this place. I came home with some of their freshly ground Mothman Brew coffee and I'm already almost out. The service here is outstanding as well. Always super pleasant.

Mothman cookies were great, called ahead and they even set aside the ones I wanted. Sat in front of the register for 5mins while a girl counted coins one by one into the register while we were standing right in front of her. Finally asked if we could pay for the cookies after the 5mins and was checked out.
Should NOT have to ask to be checked out when she saw someone put the cookies on the front counter. Not impressed.

Lively, charming, and quirky, the Coffee Grinder serves a great cup of coffee and wonderful baked goodies.

Staff was super friendly and the place had a nice atmosphere. Coffee and cookies were super delicious as well! Definitely should swing by if you are in the area.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee after hitting the museum next door. The service was pretty substandard and the employees contradicted each other with every question we asked. Asked before ordering if they had non-dairy options, one older woman said no and just looked at me like I was an idiot for asking, but the other younger (and much friendlier) one said they did and showed me a carton of soymilk. To this, the older woman just shrugged. My sister ordered a caramel latte, older woman said they didn’t have any and gave us another bored and blank stare. No helpful suggestions or anything, it was like we were putting her out by simply being in there. My sister asked what they did have and the older lady said “its on the sign” ... yeah, well so was caramel. The helpful younger girl who offered that they did have a non-dairy milk suggested a way to make caramel with some caramel syrup and another flavor. Again, the older lady seemed put out and kind of huffed over to put this “extra” work into the drink. The coffee was so watered down it was barely brown, and tasted like it was made off grounds that had already been brewed for a different purpose. Total waste of money- the drinks went right into the trash as soon as we walked out and tried them.

Ordered taco salad with no tomato, it had tomato, asked for a new one. Got the same salad picked around with a half tomato slice in it. Asked for a replacement the 2nd time, got a new salad with much less taco meat and beans. Didn't get my sprite I ordered, my fiancé got everything she ordered and enjoyed her food, but over all I had a pretty bad experience here.

The Mothman cookies were exceptional. Next time I’m up there I plan on getting more!

Older Baristar very rude and acted as if we were bothering her because we wanted to order. The frappuccinos she made was not mix very well with large ice chunks floating up top and the bottom was just a liquid not Frozen. was a cool location right next to the mothman statue but that's about all that has going for it.
