Tim Hortons

We went to Tim Hortons to try it out everything was great, we tried it out again asking for Mac and cheese, they said they were out, so I got something else and noticed the seat we sat in was filthy, we kept coming and asking for Mac and cheese, they never had it, I only recived it 2 times out of the several times we've been there, they never cleaned the seats either. I don't see why they can't ever make any.

The only place I will get my donuts around here! They have the best donuts and amazing service. They also gave me free donuts after finding out I just had a baby. So kind and sweet 💙

Had to wait a very long time for no other apparent reason than someone forgot to check the drive through. Food was OK, cold brew coffee had more milk/cream than the latte and was so sweet all you could take was sweetened milk and didnt even taste like coffee

The customer service here is outstanding! Every employee I've encountered is so friendly and has a great attitude. I can't remember the last time a business had such consistent friendly service. New fan of Tim Hortons!

Tim hortons has always been my stop on my way to work but now I'm switching because they can never seem to get it right. I always get a plain toasted and buttered bagel and they always give me something that I didnt order or the bagel is burnt and not eatable and this has happened several times. I will not be going back.

Normally I don’t have much of a problem so I stopped in tonight to buy something. Anytime I come in, there’s no one up front, which is fine, because they must have cameras; usually someone comes out soon after entering. This time no one did. So I waited. I heard movement and at one point I had coughed loud enough that they should have heard me. I mean, I could hear them rustling bags/paper in the back and whatnot. I could have called out for someone but at the same time, it’s not my job to announce I’m there.

Tim Hortons is one of my favorite places, but the sandwiches here taste like bleach. It takes 20 minutes to just get a coffee, which is so old it’s undrinkable. So bad there’s a # on Twitter about it.

Luke warm coffee, cold biscuit that was supposed to have egg, which it did not have, didn't have the smoked sausage and didn't really compensate for it, got a normal amount of bacon for something that cost 20 cents more. Donuts were cold. All in all, sub-par service, cashier didn't even know they were out of the smoked sausage.

I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt numerous times, but time and time again I find myself disappointed. This time specifically ordered a latte that tasted like watered down coffee and it's the last straw for me. Go to Dunkin Donuts instead. It's cheaper and they dont f*** up as much.

Update: First, I want to take a moment and thank everyone for the prayers and well wishes! It means the world to us! Its been overwhelming. I apologize for not being able to thank each of you personally.

Ryder is doing much better today. His labs were starting to look better last night ! They took more labs today, to see if they are still improving. He's still a little swollen and has diarrhea. They are going to try to take him off his IV today and see if he can take care of his little body himself by eating and drinking. We will be spending another night.
