No Decaf espresso beans. Very nice staff. I ordered a Decaf peppermint mocha latte. When the staff went to make it they were told they had no Decaf espresso beans. They said they didn't carry Decaf espresso beans at this location.

We ordered sausage and bagels and we got bacon. The coffee didn’t have in it what it was supposed to be. The lady taken the order didn’t have a clue what she was doing. We have been going to this location for a long time on our way south. I don’t know if I will go back!

Would like to give a shout-out to the girl working the drive thru yesterday at 11 am. Very shorthanded and she was still polite. They were out of everything I wanted except the breakfast sandwich, but I made the best of it she was trying.

I worked there in August 2020. There were two confirmed covid cases and they were still being made to work, handling food and money through the drive thru while being sick. :) The new manager is also extremely rude and unprofessional, and the last time I got coffee and donuts from there it took over 20 minutes and my donuts weren’t at all fresh and the coffee was cold.

My husband was beyond excited when we saw your location when visiting Morgantown for the first time. What a disappointment. The young man at the register had zero personality and was not very helpful. Being our first time in your cafe, we were unfamiliar with your establishment and when we asked questions the young man was put out. When we received our coffee, it was cold and my cup was only 2/3 of the way filled. There was also an issue when we asked if he could cool down the hot chocolate we had ordered for our five year old. The young man said it only comes out at one temperature. My husband asked him if he could please just put some ice in it and that was asking a lot. Place was dirty both on the floor and in the restrooms. Coffee wasn't worth the lack of service. Sorry, but we won't be coming back.

Coffee was okay. Doughnuts were stale. I get they dont make doughnuts all day but it was only 1 pm. My biggest problem was finding a seat because all the tables and chairs are dirty. It wasnt busy at all inside it woudlve taken a minute to clean up the seating area. Its simple training that wouldve made this experienve better.

waited about 30 minutes for coffee and a wrap. Dude working there isn't wearing a nametag and doesn't give me my receipt. Coffee looked like coffee, but tasted like mud water or something. Just lacks any real coffee flavor. I got the coffee with some hazelnut, but it really only tastes like the smallest hint of hazelnut. Just enough to remind me that I wanted hazelnut in my coffee. I was born in Canada and was excited to try Tim Hortons for the first time and this was bad enough to never buy another thing from them again. Overpriced, terrible quality, and terrible service. Legitimately concerned for those that think this is good coffee. Folger's Crystals has more flavor.

Went there at 7 am so you would expect fresh menu items but the sandwich I ordered looked like someone with boots stomped on it the tossed it under a table for a week before dusting it off and putting it in my bag. Also the guy working the window was acting like he'd rather be in a torture chamber than serving customers. My girlfriend likes the iced cappuccino but I'll be going to another establishment from here on out.

OMG, this is hands down the worst Tim’s experience that happened, March Break 2019.
This is feedback for the manager of the business.
I am a frequent Canadian Tim’s visitor. It is NO WONDER why Americans choose DUNKin Donuts over TIM’s. There is such a difference between the experience here and in CANADA. PLease visit a Tim Hortons in Canada to see how Tim Hortons should be run. First. TRAIN your employees before your let them work. When they don’t know where things are and it takes 7min for them to track down a single tea bag. There was no line and it took me 24min from entering to leaving, with just a tea. They didn’t know of how the roll up the Rim thing works. I feel there is so much room for improvement, here.
