Almost Heaven Desserts & Coffee Shop

My friends and I tried there lattes and sandwiches awhile ago and wasn’t a huge fan of the lattes. The three of us got the same drink and they were all made different. I decided to give it another try for an açaí bowl and the price for the size of this thing is ridiculous. I also receive pineapple when I did not ask for it.

If you’re around Morgantown and like fun lattes, you need to go here! I got the birthday cake latte and my boyfriend got the french toast latte which were both some of the best-tasting lattes we’ve had in a while. Their build-your-own açaí bowls and “mountain mama” panini were amazing also. The atmosphere in this little place was super cute. We will 1000% be back when we’re in the area.

Staff is not knowledgeable of their products. They are all just pretty girls with no actual work ethic. They were passing around a cell phone to look at a video while there are customers and stuff to be done. The girl taking my order I had to repeat myself consistently and it was still entered in wrong and I had to correct her. I ordered an iced white chocolate raspberry latte with an extra shot of espresso and it's so sticky sweet I'm questioning whether or not the extra shot is in there. And you can tell from the color it's heavy on the flavor syrup.

New little coffee shop with tons to offer. Fresh coffee and desserts. Cheesecake is spectacular and homemade. Can order online or drive through. Coffee is excellent.

Great coffee, great service. Awesome avocado toast and cherry turnover. Very cozy decor, great place to meet for coffee!

Such a unique place! We've gotten breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and desserts. All were beyond expectation. The vibe is also very relaxing.

I guess the coffee would be good if I ever got it. Took forever to order with that stupid kiosk. My sister hurt her hand trying to get the drinks we wanted to register. Then sat waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes before we gave up and went somewhere else. When we drove past there was no one at the drive thru window.

ABSOLUTELY the best coffee and dessert shop anywhere around the area. Amazing coffee drinks and food selections. The desserts are unreal. Not to mention the very respectful staff who are very helpful when dealing with my sons nut allergy. I drive over 20 mins out of my way to get coffee here. Highly recommend.

Horrible service. The woman at the register was very rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her by ordering. Also I was looking at a sweatshirt underneath the counter and she said “I’ll take that” so that I could not look at it anymore. Would never return

Cheat lake needed something like this, but man is the staffing really wishy washy. Some can be the absolute nicest person you’ve ever met, and the next day someone will be literally rolling their eyes at you. Sandwiches are a nice addiction and the coffee is good. Love to be able to support a local small business way more than those horrid massive chains. Definitely worth the stop regardless of minor issues with staff (also could have just been one of those days for them).
