No one was there when I first arrived - the register was empty with a sign reading “We will be back shortly, thank you,” or something. It took a couple of minutes for someone to appear from the back door. They did not offer any lactose free options so I had to buy the closest thing (Yoo-hoo) at the gas station and use it for substitution. They were willing to use the Yoo-hoo which was appreciated. Overall, good customer service, once you’re actually serviced, as most of the faults fall to the company by not providing more options.

I ordered a large black iced coffee and a medium pumpkin spice iced coffee with cream. Got 1 large cup of iced water, and 1 large (not medium) iced water with pumpkin spice and cream. On my way to Dunkin now.

Great donuts and great customer service. Anytime I have to wait even a few minutes, the staff hook me up with a free coffee card or some promotions.

Worst customer service ever. Employees are rude. Their boss is nice but I don’t like the way she’s covering up for their mistakes. I’m a huge fan of Timhortons.

Good food, clean place. But the lady making my food talked more then she worked on my food. No one carrs about y'alls home life.

Worst coffee EVER! Asked for Bold with cream and I got a cup of hot milk! 😝😡 I can't even taste the coffee!

Waited for nearly 5 minutes to order without so much as a hello, then got a poorly mixed drink. Do not recommend

Terrible. No buns to make sandwiches. No meats for some sandwiches. Panini was 2 slices of stale white bread not toasted. Wasn't even sliced. Threw it out.
