Tim Hortons

Employee ignored me for several minutes while playing on his phone, then was rude, then just stared at me weirdly. He eventually gave me a lukewarm coffee and some stale timbits. Just a weird experience. 😕

I absolutely love Tim Hortons menu choices. However, it is very disappointing when you arrive to find the cupboards nearly empty and many items unavailable. To often there are few donuts and only 1 type of bagal available.

I usually use this location as it is closest to my convenience but, I may even drive the extra couple miles to go to the better ones. The staff here are horrible. Firstly, I get stared at in the drive thru like I’m some weirdo (personal opinion I know). Secondly, the orders here (this was three strikes for me) have been wrong/missing items. Thirdly, I think the manager is the only one worthy of being a representative of Tim Hortons. She was super helpful and is clearly covering up the fact that the other employees have no work ethic whatsoever. I love Tim Hortons but, I’ll keep going to other locations in Jamestown EXCEPT Fairmounts.

I would give negative stars if I could. We stopped in there and ordered 2 med. Hot coffees with 1 cream and 2 sugars and 1 small hot chocolate. The coffees was the worst coffee we have ever tasted. It tasted like if had been sitting there since they opened and It was 640 in the evening. The person that wring us in was very rude and had an attitude. We will not be back. Stop there 3 or more times a week and every single time we ask is the coffee fresh and we always get yes the coffee is fresh with an attitude. And then come to find out it is horrible and very old to were you can't even drink it and have to throw it out. We will be going to dunkin from now on bc im tired of paying for coffee and can't even drink it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Did not offer my regular cappuccino wich i like flavored hazelnut. Only french vanilla wich gags me. Very disappointed. Then they were very cordial and "friendly" to the male customer behind me whom himself had 5 cars behind him blocking all entry to the store while he backed into one of the very first spots in front of the store. Cant drive coffee sucks

Great location.. Canadian approved! Owner was extremely friendly and was happy to bake a fresh batch of fruit explosion muffins for me (I wanted a dozen and they only had 2 made) Everything was fresh and on par with the tim hortons locations in canada. Will be sure to stop back again when passing through.

Great breakfast sandwiches, especially the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Awesome donuts as well. Service can be a little slow because they're understaffed a lot of times, but they're always nice. Tim Horton's coffee is just so-so for me, through no fault of the workers, I just don't care for the product.

One of the best French Vanilla Capachino I have had in the states. They need interstate signage to get more business.

Coffee was bad. The panini I got was only cooked on one side and the cheese was not melted, chicken was like warm which made the soft bread even worse. Don't get anything but the donuts

I'm a frequent customer of Tim Hortons and love it. We were driving back from vacation and stopped here for a quick breakfast. Everything we were served was spoiled and left my son and I very sick. This made for a horrible rest of the way home. We had to stop frequently to use the bathroom and my son threw up on the side of the road on a busy highway... very dangerous! You need to check your products and rotate stock!
