Awesome coffee and great sandwiches! Friendly staff with good service! They have a big selection of drinks and food items, stop by and give them a try!

Terrible customer service, the owner and staff are always extremely rude. Was told the wait time was 45 mins yet we received our order two hours later and we were missing items.

Three items. Took a few minutes to receive the order. Not a great experience but...here we go!

Chai Tea Latte: 24 oz. (Looked like a 16 oz...) Not very hot when we received it... It also didn't TASTE like a chai...so, there's that. Not tasty at all.

Black and White Mocha: 16 oz. (Looked like a 12 oz...aren't we seeing a trend here...) VERY light coffee flavor. VERY light syrup flavor. Very dissatisfied so far.

Peaches and Cream Redbull: 24 oz. (Looked like a 16 oz., Size of the coffee we received). We asked for light ice and they filled the cup, even after being very specific. Didn't FILL the cup with the beverage and tried to upsell us to add more premium beverage... This was the only drink we actually enjoyed, though...it was the least amount of beverage out of all of them, though they sold us the largest beverage we purchase.

Out of three drinks. $20 dollars later, we will never be returning back to Tom-Tom espresso. You've done a great job of making sure you don't have a return customer.

Their baristas are nice, friendly, and helpful. Coffee is pretty good. Better than Starbucks. They definitely prioritize the drive-thru, so we were left waiting inside for quite awhile until they got thru all the cars.

Great service. Specialty drinks galore. Inside seating with some pretty awesome grub offerings. Throw in some local products, like honey and you have a bona fide local stop or pass through !

Waited 40mins at a sports tournament in a short line with a very slow Barista just to be told sorry, we are out of coffee and almost out of water at 7:45am. Not sure if the actual location is any better but we will never try again for coffee with them at a sports tournament.

Absolutely love this place.. Great service and Victoria and Cassie are the absolute best! I can simply tell them to surprise me with something awesome, and everytime they make me the perfect coffee or red bull.

I’m at school so I have a friend go pick up some drinks for us. He drives across town and picks up drinks and I got a breakfast sandwich. He arrives and says they didn’t give me the sand which he drives back and gives me the sandwich and it is in a plastic bag with a napkin. So I called for a refund and the supposed manager yells at me on the phone. The previous time I went there again an order of 4 drinks and one sandwich I said no nuts or sprouts they sent it with one almond n a spout n no meat so, I called again yelled at me like if it’s my fault n then instead of remaking it they sent me turkey in a bag. I’m not sure what to say. But I hope ya’ll read this before you go there. So disappointed I could figure out how to post the pic
