This place needs a pick-up section when you walk inside instead making us wait 30+ minutes for a pick up order. Also there are supplies scattered all over inside (espresso machine parts, cleaning supplies) not a comfortable environment

I went here today expecting to get my free drink because I had all my punches and the girl behind the counter told me they weren't punches for free things they were size punches and gave me a card back with seven punches and no punches for what I bought today. I've asked if they could break a small bill because I go there often and they told me I had to purchase something first. I've even been the first in line and had them physically stop making my order so a person who was a big tipper could be helped first. If your looking for a friendly place with honest employees this isn't your place.

Took part in group ordering for over a year & received a punch card with enough punches for a free 24 oz drink. Today we ordered and I planned on using the punch card for a free 24 oz drink. When delivery showed up, I was told I can not use the punch card on deliveries. The punch card does not indicate It can not be use on delivery, so I asked if they could take it this time and I will know going forward. Was told “No, it’s policy” by both the delivery lady and her supervisor over the phone. I requested they update their cards with verbiage about when and where you can use it, so this does not happen to anyone in the future. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and today’s experience & will be working to remove them from our regular ordering locations.

Their Coffee is great, nice people, local business owner. People who come on here to say who their favorite other coffee stand is are lame, go compliment your own place on their own page but don't diss on good people because your a dick! Love Cassie and her hard work to bring us tasty coffee.

Best Iced Caramel Vanilla latte with an extra shot! Cant wait next week to try a different one! Anyone who knows me knows I'm picky with coffee. I just moved here from Vancouver and tried like 4 other coffee shops and i was kinda bummed out thinking i wasn't going to get myself any good iced coffees around here. The ladies here do a great job and great customer service. Thanks girls!

The staff is very Friendly. If the line is long some one will come out and take you order so it's ready when u get to the window. Plus they make the best drinks in Yakima

While visiting the Washington and 10th Avenue location today, the employee tipped over 2 of my drinks while handing them to me. Resulting in one spilling all over the inside of my car and myself. She did not apologize or offer towels to clean up the mess. Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received.

Friendly, fast, inexpensive, subpar food and drink.

Ordered the sausage egg and cheese croissant and a dark roast drip, $4 total. Quality reflected the price. Definitely a step up from the fast food chains, but was hoping for more from a local place.

I regular this place as they manage better than most in making my Americano. Even the brewed coffee isn't bad. Bagel is good plus they put cream cheese on it for you. Only 3 girls here make my drink good. Some seem to be still learning. While others seem to not try. I'm grateful at a specific time those 3 girls are reliably there. Plus pretty frirnfly.

I hate to do this, but you do not add a $1 tip to the fee just because. The person whom did this was not even the one who made my drink nor one of the 3 people I praise for their good drinks. I get it if you deliver a bunch of drinks. However, not at the shop. It happens again I'm perfectly happy paying same price to slightly more at Starbucks when I dont have time in the morning. I'd rather save up for my own higher quality machine and make my own. My unit takes to long when in a rush.
