Was a bit nervous to try because of all the negative reviews, but glad I did. First off, everyone in the cafe was super polite to us from the lady at the front taking orders to the people behind the counter cooking. I found the food delicious. The crepe was very light and delicate, the eggs fluffy, and the bacon was perfectly cooked. Amazing rolls. Also the coffee was an exquisite cup of coffee. The latte was amazing and perfect. I found the food portion perfectly filling and it did not make me uncomfortably full. I encourage people to come in and try. They make their food with locally sourced goods and are delightful people to talk to. Also for people who have gluten intolerance they can make GF crepes. Delicious artisan breakfast.

This is a fantastic stop for breakfast. My family enjoyed a bit of everything. The barnyard sandwich was a fun start to a cold day. However they get their pastry to do what it does to my mouth is beyond me.

At first glance this nice little space seemed cozy and special, we quickly found the service remarkably bland and disinterested creating a dull strange atmosphere in such a tiny place

We ordered the cheese sandwich and the Bohemian ( they were out of the steak and blue ) and quite some time later two very small sandwiches were plunked down in front of us, one wrapped in foil the other on a plate wrapped in foil. They were pretty good but seriously overpriced. A smile combined with decent presentation goes a long way.

Maybe this is a better spot for breakfast than lunch ?

The two espresso machines appear to be small home versions - thi s may account for some of the less positive reviews about their espresso drinks. Home machines tend to make strong coffee , not authentic espresso with rich cream.

If you want to risk getting terrible customer service and discrimination then go here. I ordered a chai tea and she told me to wait outside and 20 minutes later never made it for me. I went back inside with no line and she told me she forgot and didn't apologize. So I sat outside waiting for my drink and she comes out to tell me not to stay too long so other customers can use their table. She was clearly nice to other customers that were seated and of course I noticed that those customers look like her in terms of race except the difference is my skintone. My advice for this business is to ensure they themselves and their employees treat everyone with respect and treat others how they would like to be treated. This is a tourist town--you're going to be serving people from many different backgrounds.

We ordered peppermint mochas and a gluten free caramel apple crepe, and both of them were INCREDIBLE. The service was fantastic, it's an adorable little place to grab a bite. I'd highly recommend stopping here if you're in Winthrop, it's a can't-miss place!

Impromptu first time trip to Winthrop. We saw the menu on the door which was full of unique crepes and fresh organic ingedients. So we HAD to try it. When we went inside, the menu on the chalkboard above didn't have some of the items I was so eager to try. They said they were only serving their lunch menu. It was about 1:30pm. They closed at 4pm, so I was curious when "dinner" menu was available. That was a tad disappointing. Lunch menu seemed to have limited options from what I read outside. I ordered the Chicken and Tomato Crepe. It was delicious. My husband and daughter each got sandwiches that they really enjoyed too. Portions are smaller than expected for the price paid. Sandwiches came without any sides. The staff was friendly and the food came quick. Overall a great place and atmosphere to eat. Just wish I could have chosen from other things on the menu.

I had seen a lot of reviews suggesting this was a great breakfast place - I would say more of a light meal or treat. Their pastries looked pretty decadent, but they really only had a slice of quiche which I would say counted as breakfast, or maybe their berry crepes from the dessert menu? My husband enjoyed a sandwich and I wish we had known in advance that they had so many treats rather than as a main fare kind of place. Everything we had was tasty - more accurate online info would have been great!

Best espresso I have had in a long time—a must stop for coffee lovers. We returned a second time during our short time in Winthrop. Fresh ingredients and nice presentation. Cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended for visitors to the area!

Take out with no indoor seating but a little shaded deck area out back.
The healthiest, tastiest food. Chicken curry salad was delicious and my girl ordered the house salad, which she gave a thumbs up. Friendly staff and a very clean prep area. They sell baked goods also. Would 100% eat there again.

We found this little place on our last road-trip. They feature fresh, organic food and it is absolutely delicious!!! I can not say enough good things about this little diner. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.
