What was good:
Service: direct, friendly, smart, helpful, and accommodating.

Coffee:
Good! Some interesting options and fun flavor combinations. I appreciated the break from the ordinary.

If you have problems with dairy:
Their almond milk actually tastes good.

Maddy, Evan,Brittney we're amazing to help me get my coffee and get exactly what I needed at a very fast busy black Rock. They went above and beyond after I got treated pretty bad at the other locations. Thank you so much this is the coffee place to go! The best one in VANCOUVER By FAR!! I hope they get a big promotion and all become managers so they teach the other stores how to run the black rocks correctly! You guys are amazing! Thank you very satisfying. This is how customer service should be always!

Please stop ✋️ requesting/ suggesting "TIPS."

It's not fine dining, and there isn't any reason for tips. 😒

super friendly staff and has become one of two favorite coffee places! In their blended drinks you can taste the coffee, unlike alot of other coffee places! Staff is courteous, fast and friendly! Keep up the awesome job!

I have been coming here for the past almost 2 years, and as of recently my experience has been poor every time I order via DoorDash, or drive thru. They don’t label anything and when I confronted them about labeling, they told me I needed to request them being labeled… why can’t you just label it? Today, however, I went their drive thru and ordered 2 drinks a chiller and a fuel. I confirmed 4x what drinks it was and customizations, 4x! The once I paid and received my drinks, first the chiller, then the fuel- in which it was the wrong flavors (I’m pretty sure they have my drink to the vehicle in front of me), the “correct” drink was then given to me; there was barely any ice present in the drink and the cup was sticky, once I got to my destination I took a sip and believe it or not… it was the wrong flavors!!! The chiller I received was also made incorrectly. I have visited many black rocks and this location needs some serious help on getting orders made correctly. Another detail I forgot to mention is that this location was not slammed or busy, and gave a hefty tip for coffee. I will not be returning to this location any time soon. Which is very unfortunate because it’s the closest to my employer. Hope they can figure it out soon.

There are a ton of Black Rocks all over Washington, and it's in an area that I would consider slightly hectic, but the service is very good. The woman serving me was very friendly and moved the line along quickly, giving me my drink fast. I like a lot of the drink selections at this chain, though I think their matcha tastes a bit weird, especially compared to other coffee places (besides Starbucks). However, they do have a good list of flavors, nice chillers and lattes.

High customer service. Friendly staff. Only "complaint" (if you want to call it that) is they never ask if you want sleeve or straw, they just assume sleeve and no straw. Good prices. Good coffee. While convenient location, maneuvering in and out of the driveway isn't the easiest. It depends what direction you are coming from. Only one real direction, which does help with traffic flow, but if I'm not going that direction already, I'll get my coffee elsewhere.

The girl with the shoulder length blonde hair, who no longer wears a mask (hopefully due to being vaccinated, and I'm assuming this is the case), touched the stack of XL cold cups. She palmed the top of them, and while talking to a coworker, fiddled with the entire stack, almost ensuring she touched the rim of maybe 75% if not all of the stack. Even outside of covid, it is standard to NOT touch the rim of a customer cup/ container. Generally, I do enjoy going to this location. But she got visibly upset or disturbed by my request if there was a clean, untouched cup, if I were to order an XL. I almost didn't ask, and just went elsewhere, but I really wanted the drink I was looking forward to all morning. I just would have liked more care around something someone would be drinking from. And not get the attitude after I asked for something not contaminated. What if I was an un-vaccinated customer with a low immune system, and she was a carrier? It's not rude to ask for a clean cup.
