Pulled up to the speakerbox asked how old their drip coffee was - they told me it was expired and they asked me if I wanted them to brew a new pot. I said yes. We pull up to the window and again she asks me if I want a new pot of coffee brewed and I said yes. I certainly don't want the stuff the they have told me is expired? They give me the other drink I ordered and asked me to pull around saying they'd bring me out the coffee. I waited for 8 minutes and finally decided to just come in and ask. They forgot about my coffee. I am so irritated because this is not a first time experience. This is consistently the slowest blackrock I've ever been to and I am seriously annoyed because they actually asked me if I wanted expired coffee. After this final experience I will not be back.

Normally I get great service and great drinks from this location, but today the service was terrible at best.
The drive-thru person didn't seem able to assist more than one person at a time which is not the way to run the drive-up window. I thought at first maybe she was behind due to the two cars in front of me, but she asked the cars behind me to wait also.
That wasn't a huge deal because she might be new or just having an off morning.
I did however mind her abrasive customer service skills. I've spent years in customer service jobs and several years as a manger. How this person got a job at a coffee shop mystifies me to no end.
I placed my order and pulled up to the window to pay. I asked if I could use my free birthday drink a day late and she clearly didn't want to do that, which is fine; but she just shut me down with a "I don't think we can do that."
Not a problem. I was a day late, I still wanted my drink.
I gave her my card and asked for a new punch card. During this time I attempted to make some small talk and she was completely uninterested in engaging with me.
The drink was perfect. The barista was terrible.

Showed up with $20 in gift cards and was told they no longer accept the gift cards anymore. We live in Longview and don't have a black rock by us so we haven't had an opportunity to use them. And instead of honoring them they just told us they're not worth anything and there's nothing they can do about it. It's this kind of service that makes us stick to Dutch bros.

This black rock is like forest gump said, "it's like a box a chocolates, You never know what your going to get", and additionally, how you will be treated. I've been through there and they got my latte perfect and were very nice, and I've been through there and my latte was sickly sweet, barely warm, and the gal wanted to argue with me on how to have my latte. As if how I like my latte is something new to me. I'm going back to Dutch bros, at least they don't condescendingly talk down to you when you're ordering.

Just went through the drive through of the salmon creek one. Tried to call a few minutes after getting my drink and none of the numbers listed online are working. My drink was made with dairy, which is a mistake, I understand that. But no working numbers? That's not ok.

I just went through the drive thru of the salmon creek location. Ordered 2 breve's with extra shots. Doesn't taste right. Seems like they were made with milk and no extra shot. Tried to call a few minutes after getting my drink and the numbers listed online are not working. Too far to drive back because I was there for a Dr appt at Kaiser.
