The service at Cutter's is fantastic. The coffee, not so much. It's a step above Starbucks. BUT the pastries, people, and ambience are what make it a place to be

Their drive thru is a little awkward to get in from other side of road but their coffee is really good and staff is friendly

In addition to great coffee and a good selection of food items and snacks, customer relationships are obviously a priority here. The staff is friendly and caring, the atmosphere is cozy yet upbeat.

I am a regular at Starbucks and I am used to a decent customer service experience. I expected the same here and was mildly disappointed. It could have been an off-day, I will give them another try.

Very disappointed. I ordered a iced mocha. The server made me a hot drink. Rather than remaking my coffee as an iced mocha, she poured my hot coffee over ice and reserved it.

Very good place to drive thru, meet for coffee or get a chance to catch up with laptop work. Average prices. Healthy food choices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I don't coffee often, but when I do, I want a locally owned, yummy tasting, cute shop and this hits all the points. PS if you like frappes gotta have the coffee toffee crunch!

Got my two drink order wrong and gave me a smaller size (12 oz) than I paid for (16 oz).

Good coffee, kind staff, and they seem to be involved in the community. I'm happy to support this coffee joint.

Definitely five stars for me personally. Let's be real, the blonde girl with the blue/green eyes just made me the best blended white chocolate/caramel I think I've ever had lol thank you!
