This store is located in wonderful downtown Tacoma. It’s a great place to stop by after (or between) classes at UW or after checking out one of the three museums within a block!
The atmosphere here is wonderful and the views are pretty great!
If you showing friends around the downtown area this a great place to start your adventure for the day.

Horrible service. Couldn't find where to order my drink. Barista ignored me. Finally I asked if I could order from her. She said go around to the side. When I got there the cashier ignored me. When he got my coffee, not only did it have no lid but he didnt tell me where to get one. I searched and found it. Workers don't smile even to themselves. Coffee is good. Otherwise decent environment

Decent place, but ordered a 12oz americano. Tasted really weak and watery, like there was one shot of espresso in it (this is from somebody who drinks a lot of coffee including straight espresso, so I definitely noticed it). Pretty sure two shots of espresso is standard in a drink that’s 12oz. Their espresso has never been exceptionally good, but for somebody who visits frequently- this left me feeling disappointed as well as un-caffeinated. Anyways if you want a coffee that tastes like coffee and has an adequate amount of caffeine, I’d recommend going to Valhalla up the street.

This was some of the best coffee I had in Tacoma! The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have a delicious sauce that is served with their breakfast sandwiches. Great atmosphere as well!

Gets crowded since it's right across from the college, so there's a lot of students and staff that come by (they offer a discount if you have your student ID, btw). However, if you do get there when it's pretty quiet, the decor is really nice and there's a lot of good seating. I recommend trying a dirty chai latte with hemp milk to anyone who isn't huge on coffee. Add a sprinkle of the nutmeg and maybe raw sugar and it's delicious!

Great coffee! They even put the leaves and hearts and fancy stuff in the foam.
Great pastries and food options.
Probably the friendliest staff in all of Tacoma!
They even serve beer!

Super cute cafe with unique industrial furniture and decor, with great service and delicious beverages. The women's restroom that doesn't lock properly was a bit annoying but I haven't visited enough times to know if that's a long running problem or just a recent maintenance issue.

I'm fairly picky about iced coffee. The coffee here was just meh. Nothing to write home about. They have a fair amount of seating but only a few spots are near outlets. That's tough these days if you come to a coffee shop to work. I only stayed for a little while until my laptop started to die. During that time I never got a chance to move to a seat near an outlet because the people at those seats never left.

This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Tacoma! You have to try the Brown Sugar Latte! Great atmosphere and service. It's my go to when friends and family visit from the east coast and want good coffee!
